Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

High location with a nice view of the Ångermanälven river. Located between Kramfors and Sollefteå. You will have the entire house and property for yourselves. There is a heated hot tub on the terrace that is available all year round. This is included in the rent so there is no extra cost for it. From the plot, there is a private path to Väja swimming area, takes about 5-10 minutes to walk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine are included. This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Skuleberget/Via Ferrata is 30 min away. The cabin has an electric stove, outdoor grill and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.
