The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

Summer place in Övik's archipelago

Charming cottage with magical views of the Örnsköldsvik inlet. On the terrace, you have the sun most of the day, and there you can enjoy the sunsets. Next to the patio, there is a charcoal grill available for use. Inside the cabin, you have two bedrooms & a smaller toilet. A fully equipped kitchen is available, and in the living room there are 2 couches and a TV. From the couches, you can catch a glimpse of the view. There is a trampoline on the property that may be used on your own risk. On a few occasions, the neighbor's grandchildren may be there jumping; we will inform you beforehand!

Small, newly built and cozy farmhouse on my property. Here you live in a rural and natural setting, only 1 km from the E4 and 2 km to the small ICA store. The house is a stone's throw from the marina and very close to cozy hiking trails in the forest and countryside. 4 km away is one of Nora's nice swimming areas, Sjöviken. 10 km away is Hörsångs sea swimming area. Norabygden also offers strawberry picking spots such as Rödhällorna, Valkallen, Lövvik, Fjärdbotten's fäbovall and the magical fishing village in Berghamn. Here in Nora, you can also walk the High Coastal Trail.

Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Skuleberget is 30 minutes away by car and Mannaminne a few kilometers by bike along beautiful Vågsfjärden.

Here you can relax, hike along the World Heritage trail, climb, paddle, swim in the sea and lake, visit fishing villages, cycle, play golf and more. Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

This is a cozy farmhouse that is in close proximity (about 15m) to the main building. Wifi. Netflix Noraström is well located geographically close to everything in Högakusten, 5 km to Högakusten Bridge, 20 km to the National Park, from here you can quickly get on the E4 from our farmhouse. The cottage has sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels prepared for each guest before you arrive. We take care of the cleaning after your visit, including washing the bed linens. We use self check-in!

Kwyrkel stuga is quiet and uniquely located

Beautifully located detached cottage with unobstructed views over the lake and on the edge of the forest. The ideal place to relax and unwind in the Höga Kusten. Both summer and winter excursions, husky or snowmobile rides in the area to book or snowshoeing, skiing or cross-country skiing. Price includes 15 kWh and 20 liters of wood per day. Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.
