Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a brand new built cottage with high standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There's a cozy plot that you have all to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.
