At the front there is a smaller deck in a sunny position. In the house there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a tea kettle and a toaster. Basic kitchen equipment is available. TV is available with access to Telia's "big packages" . There is also a Chromecast for those who want to stream from mobile. Wifi is included.

The encounter between the river and the sea forms a fantastic environment that is rich in both outdoor life and cultural history. Here you are close to swimming, walking and a perfect place for sea kayaking (we are happy to help you if you want to rent a kayak). The family with children will thrive, the playground is close to the house and several barbecue areas are available for mini excursions.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
