Right on the water

Relax in this quiet home right by the river Ljungan with its own jetty. Lake view from all rooms. High standard, newly renovated inside. The main building is about 65m2 with open plan for kitchen and living areas. One bedroom with double bed and small hallway into incineration toilet/shower room. In the living room there is also a sofa bed 140 cm wide. Extra guest house ( built in 2016 ) is 15m2 with double bed/divider bar. Large solaltans for those of you who want to sunbathe . Or fish (fishing license needed).

Large balcony with day and evening sun. 50 meters to the boat Ådalen III which runs day and evening trips in the summer months to the High Coast Bridge with buffet and troubadour.

Newly renovated and tastefully decorated cottage in the middle of the village. Bedlinen and towels are included, it's made and ready! Well-equipped kitchen if you would like to cook. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Relax in this unique and quiet seaview home. A modern Attefall house with wonderful sea view only 30 meters from the water in Björköfjärden. Perfect for the couple or small family. Feel free to start the day with a morning swim from the stone pier 60 meters from the cabin or from the beach about 300 further away and then sit on the terrace and enjoy freshly brewed coffee and the amazing view.
