These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Simple cottage by the water with a hot tub and sauna!

In the best sunny location, right by beautiful Skulesjön, is this simple cottage – perfect for those who want to explore the High Coast during the day and enjoy the tranquility in the evening with a wood-fired hot tub and sauna! Five beds: one double bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. The kitchen is simply equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and running cold water. Toilet (separate) and shower with hot water are in a separate building. Please note that guests need to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Something happens to us when we take the time to just be. Living a somewhat simple life for a while without having to give up all the comforts, for that matter. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. Take a walk from the cottage up to the view from Ringkallen or Dönstaudden. Or why not just enjoy the view and the sunset over the bay from the veranda? Nearby you'll find the museum and the Mannaminne art gallery. About 6.5 km to grocery store and Pizzeria.

Beautifully located detached cottage with unobstructed views over the lake and on the edge of the forest. The ideal place to relax and unwind in the Höga Kusten. Both summer and winter excursions, husky or snowmobile rides in the area to book or snowshoeing, skiing or cross-country skiing. Price includes 15 kWh and 20 liters of wood per day.
