You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Violet Room is equipped with 2 queen beds and has one of the best views in the Lodge with 3 large windows overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. This room is on our lower floor. This is a private room within our Lodge. Guests do have access to our Great Room where there is a pool table and use of our Grand Patio where you can enjoy your coffee from our complimentary coffee bar. The Great Room and Patio are common spaces.

Enjoy spacious rooms in the heart of Watkinsville. We are within walking distance of some great main street shopping, dining, and Jittery Joe's Coffee shop is right next door. Located on the 2nd floor of the building, guests enter through a private "keyless entry" side staircase. Each bedroom has it's own private bath, coffee bar, mini refrigerator, microwave and ROKO smart TV which is HDMI ready for plug in to your devise. We are located 8.5 miles from the UGA Stadium in Athens, GA.

Two Night Minimum. Welcome to Innisfree Boutique Inn By-The-Lake. Queen bed has nightstand on each side and cozy chair beside two-sided fireplace. On other side of bed there's a round table with two chairs. Wi-Fi and 55 inch high definition TV near foot of bed. Wet bar has small refrig. with creamers for Keurig Coffee Machine (bring K cups). Bathing Chamber is exquisite with large Garden Tub with view and separate shower. Veranda looks over gardens and mountains and stars.
