A cozy lakefront cottage made by family, for family. This was our parents home away from home, their favorite getaway. Now that they're gone, we want to share what they enjoyed. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!

You'll enjoy this small cabin located less than 2 miles from Dreher Island State Recreation Area. The views from the living area and kitchen are breath-taking. You can sit on the dock & watch the sun set or take your boat out just a few hundred yards to watch the sun rise. This location is great for swimming & a dock is available so you can bring your boat.
