Cozy Rosewood Bungalow

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Rosewood is convenient to so much of Columbia - and our place is in a super-walkable location! Publix is about 2 blocks away, and there are quite a few restaurants (and a brewery) within walking distance. We're also quite convenient to Fort Jackson and MUSC. The street is quiet, and the entrance and parking for the bungalow are behind a 6-foot fence, so it offers great security too.

Mid Century Modern Cottage

We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.
