Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Guests have their own 2000m2, indoor and outdoor kitchen, fireplace, massage tub in the front of the courtyard with sun protection, infrared sauna and deck chairs and seating sets for rest. There are also 2 bicycles. The house is equipped with modern household appliances (Kitchenaid, De longhi coffee machine with capsules, American refrigerator..). Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi
