Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You will have access to two patios, one of which is south-facing. Outdoor grill is available. In the immediate area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, rocks, and beach. The beach is child-friendly and is a 3-minute walk from the house. Newly built guest house (2020) of approx. 30 sqm in central Öregrund, with sea views. Only 70 meters to the swimming area. Loft with double bed and sofa bed with two beds. Full kitchen, shower and toilet. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming place on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Andersson's Bojabäs, there are also pharmacies, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes by car. Also worth seeing is Lövstabruks Manor with a nice Inn for summer lunches, Badsjö with a swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 1600s Manor. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. And the weather…always sunny here in Norrby! Welcome!
