Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Björnäs is located on Söderön in the middle between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5 km and you will come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cozy little swimming area. In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel court. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed as well as toilet/shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a living room and a bedroom.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Apartment in central Öregrund

Bright and nice apartment in the middle of central Öregrund but only a minute walk to the harbor, the city's restaurant path and the ICA store which is open 8-20 all year (8-22 during the summer). The apartment has sea glimpses and is located on the first floor of a multi-family villa from late 1800 's. The accommodation is fully equipped and is great for two people. Sofa bed with two more sleeping places available. Kayaks and sup boards are available to borrow for free during certain weeks.

The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and outdoor grill. To the accommodation you can take the ferry from Öregrund, and then get on to the northern part of the island. On the island, there is also a grocery store.

Lovely plot with a fantastic view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and cliffs right at your doorstep. During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
