Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Welcome to a lavish vacation home with all the comforts imaginable. The plot is large and suitable for play and sports. The house is on a beautiful rock 150 meters from piers and water. It is nicely decorated with tasteful details. Open up the big patio doors and the outside becomes inside. The bedrooms are divided into three houses. Nature is amazing no matter the season. Here at Solgården, we offer this nice brewing house of about 30 sqm with sleeping loft (low ceiling height) 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. Lillstugan has two comfortable beds. Good equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is amazing with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sunbathing, or to borrow our two canoes, single kayaks for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy good dinner, barbecue and at the same time watch the sun go down.

To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Here you wake up to a beautiful sunrise over the sea, you put on your robe, go down to the rocks and take a lovely morning swim from the jetty. Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.
