The house has two decorated guest houses on the farm with sleeping areas, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse garden as well as with sun throughout the day and evening. Björnäs is located on Söderön in the middle between Öregrund and Östhammar. You can walk or bike 1.5 km and you will come to Östhammarsfjärden, where there is a cozy little swimming area. In the area there are walking paths in lovely nature and Öregrunds golf course with access to padel court. The property is a stand-alone house with its own parking, entrance and patio. There is a large kitchen with dining area, bedroom, living room with sofa bed as well as toilet/shower on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a living room and a bedroom.

Charming apartment/Annex in beautiful tranquility nature located in Stenskär. The annex has sea view and terraces facing east and south. Private entrance to the Annex from outside. Small bathing place close to the house. Larger beach as well as nice walking paths, bike paths and fishing opportunities in the nearby area. About a 15-minute drive to the east coast Öregrund. Access to wood-fired sauna by the sea and canoe to borrow by special arrangement. Sheets, towels, cleaning and sauna wood are not included in the rent. Welcome to book!

Cozy cottage in Stenskär

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping places. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You'll have access to two patios, one of which is facing the south. Outdoor grill is available. In the nearby area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, cliffs, and beach. The beach is child friendly and is 3 min walk from the house. Villa Vamsta

Villa Vamsta is a peaceful home in the middle of idyllic northern Roslagen. Enjoy a sunny breakfast on the deck surrounded by bird singing and beautiful forest. Large grassy areas for playing and running. Why not start the wood-fired sauna after dinner on the porch? There is a lot to see and discover in the area such as Forsmarks Bruk, or Lövsta Bruk. Öregrund is our favorite with lovely cliff baths. There's also Berkingebadet around the corner, popular with families with children. Welcome!

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious home of just over 100 square meters. Very quiet and quiet place on an old farm near the nice Rastsjöbadet. Easy to walk down to the bath which is well kept. Has both brew bath and sandy beach and also picnic table, barbecue areas and toilet. Close to Österbybruk, Uppsala and many nice excursions. We are a family who has the house in the middle of the farm. We have a vegetable farm and move around the farm during the days.

So much to see here in eastern Uppland; Öregrund's beautiful marina and all the lovely summer restaurants; including Melker Andersson's Bojabäs, Lövstabruks Manor with a nice Inn for summer lunches, pharmacy, Systembolag, ICA and COOP, all within 20 minutes. Swimming lake with swimming jetty is 4 minutes away at Forsmark's 17th century Herrgård. Car is needed on this stay, to experience the surroundings and the countryside. Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
