Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

The house has two furnished guest houses in the courtyard with sleeping places, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse pasture and with sun throughout the day and evening. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north is the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5-minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Welcome to the summer paradise of Öregrund! This charming turn-of-the-century house is a 10-minute walk from Tallparken with beautiful walking paths, a small sandy beach and cliffs where you can enjoy the sunset. In Öregrund harbor (15 min walk) there are shops and restaurants. On the patio, you can curl up in the cozy hammock with a good book, or enjoy wonderful dinners on balmy summer evenings, as there is a lounge set, dining area and barbecue. A warm welcome!

During the summer months, there is a jetty with a swimming ladder down into the water and a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
