To Lambskär you can get by motorboat, which is included in the rent, but good boating experience is a requirement. The cottage is located in the middle of the island overlooking the cliffs down to the water. Swim on the sunny side of the island where it doesn't blow or enjoy the sauna! Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation completely off grid but with solar and wind power! Guests need to bring their own bed linens and clean before departure.

Welcome to Ellan Heights, a newly-built (Dec 2022) architect-designed house with sea views, beach and in a peaceful environment without view from neighbors. The house has four bedrooms, fireplace inside and outside, state-of-the-art kitchen, magnificent terrace and spacious sauna with views. For guests there is free firewood, ping pong table, outdoor grill and bicycles. 50 m away awaits sandy beach and fishing waters. To the grocery store only 10 minutes, as well as 20 minutes from the tennis court, Grisslehamn's sea bath with SPA and ferry to Åland.

Lillsjön is a 120 sqm house with three bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen and large dining area with space for 10 around the table. The house has two furnished guest houses in the courtyard with sleeping places, a large porch overlooking a lake, a horse pasture and with sun throughout the day and evening. Large enclosed plot with good parking facilities, great space for children to play.

Poppis cottage

Do you long to go out to the countryside? Here you have a 100-year-old cottage with cows, deer and hares right nearby. The nearest neighbor lives 500 meters away, so here you can really enjoy the peace and quiet. The main building has a modern kitchen as well as a wood-burning stove, a large dining room with a sofa bed, a small TV room and three beds in the loft. In the guest house there are two more beds and in the shed you will find a shower, toilet (combustion toilet) and washing machine. The swimming area is 7 km away. Welcome

If you want to stay close to the water at both our lake and the sea in Roslagen, Bergshyddan is perfect. Near Herräng, which in July organizes Herräng Dance Camp, you will find lovely environments for swimming, fishing, walking, etc. In Herräng also has a grocery store, Marinan's restaurant, etc. In the larger town of Hallstavik, there are both larger grocery stores and liquor stores, a golf course, adventure pool and during the summer half Speedway in the top series. On the property you can use our barbecue, trampoline, etc.

The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.
