Lilla Havsbrus Öregrund - seaside cottage

Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. Newly renovated, 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Large house on nice seaside property in the west - Grisslehamn

Our nice summer house (built in 2015) is only 1.5 hours' drive from Stockholm and has everything you need for a dream vacation! With lake plot, private beach, sauna and not least with the best location to the west! The house can accommodate a total of 8 guests in four bedrooms. A large lovely living room with a country kitchen and fireplace. Fiber optic internet. Nice patios around the house. Proximity to Grisslehamn with restaurants, SPA, paddle tennis and tennis etc. Read the reviews! Separate guest house in its own listing.(Do not rent out to different guests at the same time.)

Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea views. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

Highly located house with views of Åland Sea

House high overlooking the sea of Åland on eastern Singö, about 10 km north of Grisslehamn. Below the house, there is a sandy beach (shallow) and at about 400 meters distance there is a municipal swimming area with a jetty. Nice walking and biking trails on all of Singö, including a nice loop of 5 km starting from the house. Singö is a relatively large island with a bridge connection from the mainland. The area is relatively sparsely populated. Shop (Tempo) about 3 km away. 10 km to Grisslehamn where you can take the ferry over to Åland.

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Unique sea front house with private pier, right on the water. A beautiful view of the Swedish archipelago. Experience a unique piece of rural Sweden with sunsets and sunrises second to none. 1 hours 15 minutes from Stockholm, 1 hour from Uppsala. The property is under renovation with new kitchen, bathroom and overall upgrading. New pictures will be uploaded once completed. Please treat the house with respect as you would your own. Modern house with private beach

Vårt underbara sommarhus ligger intill väddöviken med sjöutsikt, privat strand och ligger endast 1,20 min från Stockholm. Huset har mycket grönska precis utanför husknuten och fågelkvitter från fönsterna. Nybyggt från sommaren 2020 och är ca 115kvm med enorma fönsterpartier, 2 sovrum, 1 badrum, tvättstuga samt stort öppet kök/vardagsrum och en härlig stor altan runt halva huset med sol hela dagen. Privat brygga för båtplats finns.
