Canoe and boat are at your disposal. Outdoor shower in beautiful surroundings. In the loft building you will find a shared guest toilet.

Stuga på tomt med lugnt läge nära hav och natur. Ligger i Färjestaden (vid paradisverkstaden) med 500 m till badplats, närhet till mataffär. Fullt möblerad stuga med två bäddar, våningssäng, överbädd 140cm och under en 120cm. I köket finns kyl, frys, mikrovågsugn samt elspis och ugn. Wi-fi. Badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin.Bussar går in till Kalmar var 20:e minut. Cykelfärja går varje timme till Kalmar sommartid. Täcke och kuddar finns men inte sängkläder/handdukar. Rökning ej tillåtet. Inga djur.

Härligt nybyggt hus 1 av (3) på området med öppna ytor. Bostaden erbjuder altan mot sjön med grillmöjligheter och soldäck. Det finns en täljstenskamin i huset som går att elda i. Gäster har tillgång till egen brygga samt roddbåt, Ryds 390 Finns även en varm eluppvärmd badtunna att tillgå med 39 grader året om (obs! Inga bubblor endast rening) Gäster tar med egna sängkläder och handdukar samt kol och tändgrejer till grillen.
