Exceptional cottage next to the alvar

Right next to the Alvar in the small row village is this former emergency cottage next to our house on the farm. We also run the yarn shop "Sticka på alvar". In the spring, the orchids bloom richly here. Several interesting historical sites are within walking distance, such as Dröstarp's deserted village. We have hens, five cats and two dogs. The house is from 1899 but has all the modernities. Barbecue area outside. Here, it is quiet and peaceful. In Gårdby, about 2 km away, there is Eksgården, which is a first-class restaurant, as well as Gårdby café

Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge in the middle of the small village Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh, has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. Nearby is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps meatballs, such as Öland meatballs, today's dish and other small and good things, can be found 10 minutes by car.

Freshly built (2023) vacation home with its own bathing jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside on Öland

The guest house is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I'm 170 cm tall and you can see in the picture that I can stand up straight. The sofa is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if necessary, we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We simply love the house.
