Cottage on a property with a quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (at Paradisverkstaden) with 500 meters to the swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with a bunk bed, top bunk 140 cm and bottom 120 cm. In the kitchen there is a fridge, freezer, microwave and electric stove and oven. Wi-Fi. Bathroom with washer/dryer. Buses go to Kalmar every 20 minutes. Bicycle ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in summer. Duvets and pillows are available, but not bed linens/towels. Smoking is not allowed. No animals.

The house is located on a hill with about 100 meters down through oak forest to the lake where there is a jetty with rowboat and canoe included in the rent. Good opportunities for fishing in the lake and across the lake is Kristinebergsbadet with a sandy beach. To Astrid Lindgren's World, it is about 20 minutes by car. The narrow-gauge railway, hiking trail, bike path and more are just around the corner. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 200/person.

Oknölund

Welcome to rent our house on the island of Oknö outside Mönsterås. The house is located right by the sea and has a large garden with a patio. The house is divided, the host couple live in another part. The house offers three separate bedrooms, a fireplace, a kitchen, two toilets, a living room and a dining room. The location is fantastic with 25 m to the sea and Oknö offers several beaches and there are two campsites, two restaurants, a mini-market and several ice cream parlors. Charming smaller house on the archipelago island of Vinö between Västervik and Oskarshamn. Vinö is about 3-4 minutes by boat from Klintemåla harbor. Archipelago traffic operates and a private boat for guests is available. The island is about 3x 1.5 km in size and offers a genuine archipelago environment at its best! Cozy house on the island Vinö between Västervik and Oskarshamn. The island is reached by regular traffic from Klintemåla. Guests can also enjoy their own boat during their stay. A true Swedish pearl in the archipelago.

Northern Öland

Warm welcome to a newly built cottage on the west coast of northern Öland! The cottage is surrounded by pine trees and forest, with walking distance to the sea (about 20 minutes) and the lake (about 4 minutes) in a quiet area. After a day on the beach, after the excursions or after fishing in the lake, you can cook some good food in the cottage and walk down to the sea and watch the sun set next to Blå Jungfrun. Should it rain one day, you can curl up on the big sofa and watch series or play board games.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) in the area with open spaces. The residence offers a balcony overlooking the lake with barbecue facilities and a sun deck. There is a soapstone fireplace in the house that can be used. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available at 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles, only purification) Guests bring their own bed linens and towels as well as charcoal and lighting gear for the grill.

There is a balcony with morning sun and a balcony to the west for nice barbecue evenings, evening coziness and nice sunsets over the sea and nature. Two properly sized bedrooms and a kitchen in between. Optimally, 4 people live here, but there are 8 beds if you are willing to stay a little more crowded. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and municipal water.

Below the accommodation is the beautiful lake where you can take a swim on a private peninsula or relax with a good book in the hammock and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Canoe and boat are at your disposal. Outdoor shower in beautiful surroundings. In the loft building you will find a shared guest toilet.

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.
