Pool house right next to the family house. The entrance to the pool house is from the shared terrace. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge and hot plate. Bathroom with underfloor heating. The pool house has AC. TV without channels with possibility to stream via Apple TV. Bed linen and towels are available in the pool house. We will do the cleaning after your visit. Central with only 200 meters to the pedestrian street. Lovely terrace that we share with pool, shower, barbecue, sun loungers and lounge furniture. The pool bath bar/heated July/August.

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib as well as a high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included as well as final cleaning.

Here you can hang out with loved ones at this family-friendly place between Borgholm and Löttorp. You have access to a large plot for lovely outdoor activities. This nice cabin is within cycling distance to Djupvik with lovely swimming and nice nature. The evenings offer an amazing sunset over our beautiful Kalmarsund. Djupvik also offers a nice restaurant. Sandvik with, among other things, year-round-open shop, it's barely a mile. In the rent there is also the possibility to charge your electric car.

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. It was w lovely stay at this place. I could for sure recommend this place to my fellow travellers. It’s peaceful, private, calm and beautiful place.

A relaxing outdoor space features a private pool with a yellow inflatable lounger floating on the surface. Surrounding the pool are reclining chairs and a large dining table with an umbrella for shade. Lush greenery and trees create a serene backdrop.

Very cozy house and fun with such a connected and modern house. We had some trouble getting the dishwasher and washing machine started as there was an electric switch for the water for both. We had missed that you should wash all the linens and run them in the dryer. Since we were 7 people, we had to do 3 washes on Sunday until 12 pm and it is a little tight with time to manage if you do not want to get up early. Good to know if you're booking. Otherwise, a very nice house but nice social areas. Kevin was very responsive and always responded promptly to questions.

Nice house with lovely pool and amazing patio! Perfect location for those who want to make day trips all over the island. Nice host who was easy to reach and who cared for us to have a great stay at the property. We are happy to stay here again!

Great accommodation where we spent a weekend on beautiful Öland. The accommodation was perfect and the large outdoor social areas were great for our large group of three families. The kids loved to bathe and cuddle with the cuddly cats. Everything was there as we needed and we are very happy with our stay. Good and clear instructions on how things worked and what we needed to think about. We would be glad to come back!

A very nice accommodation, great location as well as fresh and clean. The host responds quickly if you send messages and solve problems with forgotten things. Highly recommended.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!
