Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with two beds, bunk bed, top bed 140cm and under a 120cm. In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave wave oven as well as electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. The bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

A tasteful little cottage with doublebed in a sleeping room and up to five madrasses on a spacy loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice life at the countryside. Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.
