The house is located in Kalkstad, a nice row village just a few miles from Färjestaden. Kalkstad has a perfect location in the middle of Öland for those who want to explore both the north and south of the island. The house was completed on July 14th, so there are still some makeshift solutions right outside the house, but the old plot with lawn and large trees is huge and there is room for both play and meals outside.
