Alvaret finns tillgängligt på tio minuters promenad där Slottsruinen och Solliden ligger beläget. Det är ca 3 km till Borgholms myllrande folkliv. Cyklar finns att låna. Det finns cykelväg till stan. Stugan är 16 m2 och altanen 8 m2. I stugan finns kylskåp, microugn och vattenkokare. Badrum (toalett och badkar) och tillgång till vatten finns i värdens bostad med separat ingång.

Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

En liten promenad till restauranger och caféer eller strosa runt bland de mysiga sjöbodarna i hamnen. Lev det enkla livet i fridfulla och centralt belägna boende i idylliska Byxelkrok. En ny, välplanerad frigga med en skön säng, mysig soffa, tv, toalett, utedusch m varmvatten, litet kök, kylskåp med litet frys. Altan med både sol och skugga.

Stuga på tomt med lugnt läge nära hav och natur. Ligger i Färjestaden (vid paradisverkstaden) med 500 m till badplats, närhet till mataffär. Fullt möblerad stuga med en våningssäng, överbädd 140cm och under 120cm. I köket finns kyl, frys, mikrovågsugn samt elspis och ugn. Wi-fi. Badrum med tvätt/torkmaskin.Bussar går in till Kalmar var 20:e minut. Cykelfärja går varje timme till Kalmar sommartid. Täcke och kuddar finns men inte sängkläder/handdukar. Rökning ej tillåtet. Inga djur.

It is a two level house, on top level you will find a separate bedroom with a double bed. A livingroom with a couch (when opened 2 beds) and a TV. On bottomfloor kitchen/dining area and private bathroom. In the garden you can find a playground, seating for barbeques and many flowers. Only 5 km to the popular beach, Bjärbybadet and 15 km to the nearest city. Welcome!
