Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.

Inget separat vardagsrum – endast det som syns.

The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
