Just 2 km from the house there is a private beach- just jump up on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it's close to making excursions both to the north side of the island and the south. Fully equipped with fleaways, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, all to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely protected and overlooking the expanses of Öland.

We have run the farm as a dairy farm but also it is history. As we become retired, we have devoted this house a little extra love and care. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! A beautiful space. Beautifully designed spaces. Great kitchen. Upstairs beds. Well located on the edge of downtown. Bathing facilities outside the house. To the train station only about 800 m. Nice landlords, very helpful. All around a good stay.

Magnus is very friendly, the check in and out was very simple. They had forgot to leave the apartment key but magnus wife brought it the day efter! Left the apartment unlock, very safe area which is nice. Free parking at the front yard. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Super happy with our stay. The accommodation was child-friendly, well planned and well thought out. The hosts were helpful and nice. Walking distance to playground and max 10 minutes distance to Astrid Lindgren's World, which was our goal with the trip.

Very nice house that had all you need for a great stay on Öland. Cozy area near the sea. Alexander was very nice and helpful and came with great tips. Very easy to deal with. The decor of the house was simple in a positive way, everything you needed but not so much personal things that you needed to keep in mind.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!

Nice apartment in good location. Close to the Öland Bridge and several grocery stores, and you can walk down to the center of town in about 30 minutes or drive in five minutes.
