Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV district.
