The suite is located on the fourth floor of the aparthotel and, at 62 m² (667 sq ft), offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The living area has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a double sofa bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m / 59 in x 79 in). The west-facing balcony offers sea views including sunsets. The suites are located on the promenade in Börgerende and directly on the sea. The bedroom offers a modern box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m). The open kitchen with integrated dining area is fully modern. SPA area included.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!

You can park directly at the house for free. The Edeka is a few minutes' walk away. From the main train station you can take the tram to my stop in just 7 minutes.

The bright approx. 33 m² studio on the 1st floor has a spacious living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom with a spacious shower and a furnished balcony

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.
