Cottage on property with quiet location close to the sea and nature. Located in Färjestaden (by the paradise workshop) with 500 meters to swimming area, proximity to grocery store. Fully furnished cottage with two beds, bunk bed, top bed 140cm and under a 120cm. In the kitchen there is fridge, freezer, microwave wave oven as well as electric stove and oven. Wifi. Bathroom with washing/drying machine. Buses go into Kalmar every 20 minutes. The bike ferry runs every hour to Kalmar in the summer. Duvet and pillows are available but not linens/towels. Smoking not allowed. No animals.

Cabin on a lake plot 20 km outside Kalmar

The home is a guest house on the host's property. The plot is large and has a lot of surfaces to stay on. Lake view from the cabin which is 75m2. There is also a friggebod with 2 beds next door if desired to be available by agreement. Please note that it is a lake plot so you may want to bring a life jacket for any children. Rowboat, bicycles, pedal boat, gym, etc. are available to borrow/rent by agreement with the host. Nice bike/spring roads can be found in the area as well as nice swimming areas. Here you live in the loft building at the farm, where you sleep in a beautiful four-poster bed. You can cook simpler meals in your own kitchenette or grill at your own patio with a lake view. Below the accommodation is the beautiful lake where you can take a swim on a private peninsula or relax with a good book in the hammock and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Canoe and boat are at your disposal. Outdoor shower in beautiful surroundings. In the loft building you will find a shared guest toilet.

Cabin Basebo in the Countryside!

A tasteful little cottage with doublebed in a sleeping room and up to five madrasses on a spacy loft. Sauna and veranda, BBQ, garden furniture, playground. Nice life at the countryside. Trampolin, lots of playgames and books. A great place for children! 200 m to bathing place with boat. This house is situated close to my own house, i e we will be neighbours during your stay. You are welcome! 25 minutes to Astrid Lindgrens World. Books on the surroundings are available at Basebo förlag.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) on the area with open spaces. The residence offers a terrace facing the lake with barbecue possibilities and sun deck. There is a soap stove in the house that can be burned in. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available with 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles only cleaning) Guests will bring their own linens and towels as well as charcoal and sparkling to the grill.

Välkomna till en stuga med ljuvliga utomhusytor. Njut av havet och den vackra naturen och närheten till Kalmar, Öland och Oskarshamn. Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.
