Fishing licenses can be purchased at Ica in Påryd. Several swimming areas in the nearby area. Since the cottage is uninsulated, there are: Sleeps 5, April-October Sleeps 3 in October-April. The house is located on a former farm in central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches within bicycle distance. If you want to come here for work in peace, that's fine. Välkomna till en stuga med ljuvliga utomhusytor. Njut av havet och den vackra naturen och närheten till Kalmar, Öland och Oskarshamn. Det finns en altan med morgonsol och en altan mot väster för sköna grillkvällar, kvällsmys och fina solnedgångar över hav och natur. Två ordentligt tilltagna sovrum samt ett kök mittemellan dessa. Optimalt bor 4 personer här, men det finns 8 sovplatser om ni är beredda att bo lite mer trångt. Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin och kommunalt vatten.

We have found our dream house and would like to share it with you! Completely renovated with love and an eye for detail, so you can feel at home. The perfect base for exploring Småland, Öland and the Kingdom of Crystal. Our house is located in the middle of the forest and yet only 3 km from the small town of Högsby, where you will find all the necessities of daily life. The house is suitable for 4-5 people and up to two dogs are welcome. Discover Smaland at its best.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. The guesthouse is about 27m3 And has a sleeping loft that is 16 m3. I am 170 cm tall and you see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The couch is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we are proud of the cool details we came up with. We just love the house.
