Lovely cottage with stunning lake views and HotTub

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. Use of a canoe and a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

On the backside of the house there is a private secluded place for lovely barbecue evenings and relaxation. It is about 20 km to Färjestaden and 30 km to Borgholm. Unwind in this unique and quiet little home. Close to the long beaches in Böda! Shop, fresh fish, and harbor hook within walking distance in the summer. There is a grill. The large forest offers nice tracks for cycling, running and walking. No children under 5 years! Pets are not allowed! Sheets and towels should be brought, but available to hire from the host.
