Cottage vacation rentals in Öland

We had some really lovely days! everything is as described. Primitive and lovely. The cabin is located in the middle of the forest, and you are constantly surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We found lots of chanterelles when we walked. Remember mosquito spray! Would totally recommend a trip in the cabin and the Swedish forests!

It was a very great few days we spent there. There was really a lot of space and especially our dog and two-year-old could let off steam freely. The house is very quiet and the garden was just great. Also in the house there was everything we needed. We immediately felt comfortable there and Anders was also very helpful and friendly. We would definitely go back there anytime

The house is in a very idyllic location, close to the golf course and the sea. Our kids especially liked the trampoline, the Lego and the jacuzzi – everything was exactly as described. We really had an amazing time! Absolutely recommended! Regards Daniela and family

A very very nice large property! Since we had the whole grounds to ourselves (yellow house + garden house with sleeping possibility for the kids) we had it very private for us - Hollywood swing, hammock, swing, great seating in the terrace and in the garden. With our dogs we had good walking opportunities from the house. The house with hot tub was free and therefore my husband and son were able to use the pool extensively 😀 Thanks for letting us use the summer house!!!

We had a super good extended weekend at Martin's place. Everything is fine and the place was clean, spacious, and cozy to be. At the same time, the hot tub worked impeccably and was really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Erika's house. Plenty of room for the whole family. Unfortunately, only a week, over Christmas. The location is quiet, in winter there is not much going on. Great surroundings, inviting to take walks. The house is modernly decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Even the described outdoor pool was heated, which we did not expect. Erika was always ready to assist us, the contact was very pleasant/ cordial. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back. Thank you very much for having us, Erika.

Super nice place, nice spa, green area and right down to the water. Good beds, cozy living room with Netflix :) And a very sweet cat!! We had a lovely weekend with my girlfriend! ♥️

We had a really nice stay here! Very cozy and good amount of space for us. it was really nice to have bed linen and towels all provided and put in place for us when we had arrived. very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It's also quite in the middle of Öland, making it accessible to both the North and south of the island. Would highly recommend!

Approximately 10 minutes to Astrid Lindgren's World. Incredibly calm and harmonious surroundings a good bit out in the forest. The birdsong was lovely. The horse paddock with two nice horses could be seen in all directions except one, where the road and the neighboring house were. Spacious covered patio, facing the garden. Plenty of puzzles and outdoor toys for the kids. And more. We did not have time to spend as much time in the cottage as desired, due to a full schedule, but it was well-equipped, well-cleaned and in good condition. With everything we could possibly need.

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed 1 week in the beautiful cottage, which is beautifully quiet. There is a lot of nature and many beautiful sights nearby. It was great that there were toys for our daughter and also a baby crib and high chair were set up for us. Wonderful to sit in front of the warm stove in the evening for two. All in all a very nice, clean, tidy and child-friendly accommodation.

We were well received by the neighbor Marianne, who showed us around and gave us valuable info about the accommodation. We all enjoyed ourselves, plenty of space, we were seven adults and four children and a dog 🙂 Close to shops and to Borgholm centrum. We could not recommend this home 🙂 Thank you for us and see you again 🙂

A really cozy little cabin. Great outdoor environment with covered terrace, where you could also stay when there was a little rain. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, so we stayed outside the most. There are great views from the cottage

Very fresh and well-equipped house located right on the beach and with great views of the sea. Nice outdoor seating in all directions. Interior design and equipment of very high quality. Nice and fast communication with the host Anna-lill. Everything worked great. Highly recommend! We would be very happy to come back!

Nice house with plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen and well cleaned! Quiet area in the countryside, perfect for those who want a few relaxing days. Car is needed to get around as it is remote. Johan was quick to respond and accommodating!

The house was very nice with a large backyard and view of the Ödland bridge! Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. The host was very welcoming and was there to meet us and showed us around and was also always responsive to messages beforehand and during the stay. We definitely recommend this home for a nice and quiet vacation right by the ocean.

Great location and great views. We had a very lovely stay at Jonas and Kicki's cozy summerhouse. Thank you so much for your flexibility with us changing the last minute planning. We hope to come back another time.

Completely okay. However, it was difficult to see Ölandsbron from the kitchen window, the hedge was too high. I also think there should have been a mounted bedside lamp at each bed. I, who am 185 cm, hit my forehead on the kitchen fan a number of times, but in the end, I learned when to take the water from the cooker. Next time we need accommodation on Öland, this will be the place I look for in the first place.

Trip to Oskarshamn city and the open-air museum (Döderhult) - nice hike there and a great circular route around Svartö. The house is well equipped, spacious, all rooms and also the bathroom) with a terrace and seating on three sides as well as a conservatory. Tables and chairs are available on all three sides, plus 2 deck chairs. We checked in via the key box. That was very easy. The navigation system can't find Svartö, so enter Hammarglo. From there, the signage is perfect. The house is easy to find with the description in Svartö. In short: Absolutely recommended!
