Kid-friendly vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

My family and myself just had a 5 night stay at the hideaway and had a fantastic time . We were skeptical when we booked as we normally stay ocean front but couldn’t be happier with our decision it gave us way more variety on our trip . Historical district with good restaurants and bars right at our doorstep . We had really nice bike rides to beach made it there in 15 minutes. Then having our own pool/outdoor area was very nice to wind down . The house was immaculate, clean , well thought out as we didn’t have to search for anything . Thank you for the life long memories 💚 we will return hopefully soon Thank you Jenny and Brad for everything

We had a great stay here. Sheri is a great host, was very response and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is in a great location, easy access to the beach and walking distance from everything we wanted to do. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay! The property is in a great location just steps from the beach and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, and the beds were super comfortable. It was the perfect spot for our big group. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We stayed one night at the Sunrise side of the duplex and the rest of our stay on the Sunset side. We found both places to be a refreshing getaway as they are very nice and clean with new appliances and modern décor, but preferred the Sunrise side due to the large balcony out back that also provided nice shade for the patio below. Chad was very accommodating and responsive.

Can’t recommend this home enough! We stayed here for 5 days with our 3 kids… it was just short walk from Flagler and the beach so we didn’t use our car other than driving to and from the airport. The home was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Diego was responsive and made the process seamless. We will be back!

we had something come up last min with our airbnb and had to leave early. I asked if we could check in early and they let us drop our belongings off before check in. Very kind and quick response. Great guest, will be back if in area!

My husband and I like to visit NSB on the weekends when we can . We usually stay at hotels , but we like to stay in places that have more room and feels like home . My husband and I were very satisfied . It was perfect for two people and it was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet . Hopefully we I’ll be able to come back soon .

The short walk to the beach is so scenic and quaint. The kids didn’t need to put their shoes on. Easy to hose everything off coming back from the beach. Nice to put beach stuff in the garage. Very comfortable beds. Seemed to be a safe area. Will definitely return!

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

This place was perfect for me and the kiddos. Scott was an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive with messages. The place was super clean and the view was beautiful! Will be back for sure! Highly recommend

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

Greta stay ! Beautiful sunrise views from private balcony. Close to several restaurants we tried and a microbrewery also Starbucks a block away. There is a CVS, gift shop , 7-11 and so much more in walking distance . Even though building was under construction due to last hurricane, there was no noise or disturbances. We could walk down ramp to beach .

It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing, and right on the beach!! Just far enough back not be bothered with traffic on the beach. Also, there were other tenants in the building, some with little ones, and we couldn’t hear any of our neighbors. Great place for rest and relaxing!

Absolutely beautiful condo right on the Beach. Sonya had everything you could want for a stay. Enjoyed our time with Family. Excellent location

Dawns place was wonderful! She was super hospitable and I felt right at home! She even baked fresh cookies which I thought was a wonderful touch that really stood out! I highly recommend!!

The place was exactly as described by the host — clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the ocean! That alone is a huge plus: no need to pay for beach parking, and if you forget something, it’s no big deal — the house is so close, you can just walk back and grab it.The price is a rare gem for this location, especially being so close to the water.This spot is also perfect if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks. After a full day of fun and crowds, coming back here to breathe in the ocean air and relax on the beach is pure bliss. One tip for families with kids: the condo has tile floors throughout, so it’s a good idea to bring non-slip socks or slippers to keep little ones safe. We’d gladly stay here again!

We loved our stay here in NSB! It felt perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The condo itself is wonderful- everything was well stocked from kitchen items to beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, and even beach umbrellas. The bathroom had nice big towels and lovely soaps provided. Every detail was well thought through. We appreciated having laundry available during our stay. The property is quiet and peaceful… loved the easy access to beach, pool, and parking. The ocean views are beautiful from the condo. Stephanie and Greg were wonderful hosts and excellent communicators- appreciated their quick communication and attention to detail- making sure we were settled and had our needs met. Highly recommend this property and we hope to be back too!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

I don’t want to write this review because I want to be able to return all the time! Katherine was a WONDERFUL host! The condo is in a perfect location, walkable to the beach and several restaurants and shops. She has thought of everything, down to providing just about anything you can think that you might forget to pack. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

It was the best lace we have ever stayed… listening to the ocean every night was so peaceful. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was absolute perfect for our family. Nice and private and beautiful location. We will definitely be back. Thank you Michelle!

Julie’s place was great for our family to stay in New Smyrna Beach. The location is perfect with just steps to the pool and just a few more to a lovely, peaceful beach free from cars. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to nearby restaurants and Publix. Julie was a great host- great communication, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Stacey’s place was perfect for a relaxing stay! The neighborhood was quiet, and the quick walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. The bed was really comfortable, and while we didn’t use them, the beach gear in the closet was a nice touch. Great location in NSB!

Loved this condo and its location! Very quiet, easy walk to the beach, and super clean! Perfect for me and my hubby! Colors are bright and cheery - and we were pleased to find the Yahtzee game (since we forgot ours)! Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
