Vacation rentals with lake access in New Smyrna Beach

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

Very quiet and relaxing place. Has a little park on the waterway that you can walk to. The air bnb has everything you need. Will stay again!

We enjoyed our vacation to Rockville. This home met all our needs. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of appliances, utensils, salt/pepper/seasonings, paper towels, soap, etc. They provided all the starting toilet paper, shampoos, conditioner, laundry soap, trash bags, etc. It was roomy, peaceful and safe. The host were very accommodating and responsive.

Lucas is an excellent host very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend any place he is renting.

Very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Fenced in yard for the doggos was a plus. We had good luck fishing and saw manatees and dolphins every time we were on the water. We brought a 16ft Skiff and it worked out perfectly. The best spot was the back porch with coffee in the morning and great sunsets in the evening. We even saw a rocket launch. Host was very responsive. Even though Hurricane Milton cut our visit short we would definitely recommend this place.

The only question I had for Joseph was prior to booking about parking. His response time was Great and we made the reservation. Everything was spotless comfortable. I can spread for all of us when I say we felt safe and treated the house as if it were our one. Thank You to Joseph for sharing your house with us.

The home was beautiful and well equipped with everything you would need from laundry detergent to paper towels. The home was fully stocked which we greatly appreciated. It is a luxury tiny home and right off I4 which made easy access to the beach or nearby cities. Very close to all shopping and the neighbors were friendly. The washer and dryer is definitely a plus especially for multiple night stays. The host is very responsive and was there if needed!

Beautiful location, CLEAN. I am a clean freak and this place was CLEAN!

Loie was very kind, helpful and responsive. Told to call her directly with any type of questions or concerns. Her place is an excellent condo for vacationing. Spacious and relaxing. Good views.

This was a wonderful place as far as size and location with great amenities. The condo was spacious and beautiful which helped make it a really enjoyable stay. Some things could use updating and the entry and lock was a bit confusing for us but Cindy responded incredibly quickly, super polite and friendly, even though it was late at night. We had kids on a senior trip and there was enough to keep everyone entertained as well as the areas to make things go more smoothly when space was needed to keep the peace. There were things that didn't really interfere with a great vacation like the blinds and doors not working smoothly and we had an issue with the AC but Cindy was immediately responsive and had it taken care of in a very timely manner. All the kids feedback was positive and one commented that they were "living the high life" this week. They all had an amazing time and it was just the experience we wanted for them. Thank you Cindy!

We had a great say here with New Smyrna Stays! Absolutely beautiful location next to the beach and description was exactly as described, if not a little better than the description. Very easy to find and get into the property. Host was proactive to make sure we had all instructions before getting to the property. This was a perfect place to stay for all of us! Thanks again! Will be convincing my husband we need to stay here on vacation instead of just work!

Beautiful place to stay on the beach with accessories!

I stayed here while going to a festival in Daytona and it was ideal. Super close to the beach, with an outdoor pool for the resort too. Miriam was very helpful and responded quickly to all queries!

Angelina was a great host! Very responsive and was prompt when needing to fix a WiFi issue. House as pictured, and stocked with extra towels, blankets, kitchen items. Enjoyed the beautiful lake and surroundings. Very close (5 min) to Boombah Sports complex.

This stay was wonderful. extremely quiet and peaceful. It was perfect to spend time with my elderly family members. Host was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I would stay again!

We loved staying here almost a week while visiting relatives in the area. Great, family-friendly place and we made use of the swimming area (very clear water for a lake), paddleboards, and kayaks--our kids loved it! House was clean and everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the back screened porch too--looking over the beautiful lake, and very private. Heather was communicative and friendly--we'd love to come back next time we're in the area!

We truly appreciated this sweet little home. It was in a central location to family members we were visiting. It was very clean, organized, comfortable, and had everything you needed. The deck overlooking the pond always had a wonderful breeze- very peaceful place to spend time. I enjoyed figuring out the layout of the neighborhood and it made for an enjoyable walk every morning. The hosts are super KIND!! From the first confirmation message, check-in instructions, and throughout our stay they were attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! Thank YOU Larry Karen for sharing your lovely home❤️- side note: the RV community had a couple events for the residents during our stay. A karaoke music thing Friday evening and then water inflatables for the kids on Saturday— very kind for the kids especially- nice community!

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

Kim's house is absolutely perfect. In a great position, walkable into town and down to the Lake. It's quiet at night and the beds are super comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything that you could need and our request for a grill to BBQ was provided with charcoal too. Communication with Kim was easy and she is quick to return messages. We are back in Florida in August and hope that we are able to stay at her place again.We would not hesitate to recommend.
