Loved the location and the house! Pool is great for young kids. Downstairs would be a perfect setup if you were staying with another family.

We were so comfortable and at home here! The views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, the shower was also great. We did not try out the pool as we were on the beach the whole time but it looked nice. We were thankful for the chairs and the cooler to borrow!

Fabulous. Very clean house, very well stocked, and it’s hard to imagine a better or more dynamic view. The location is one-of-a-kind. The hosts are very responsive. Stay there if you can!

We had an overall fantastic stay at this condominium. It was an excellent location. Nearby activities include the beach, pool, and miniature golf. Two restaurants worth considering are the Treehouse and the Boston Fish House. The condominium is super close to the beach either by walking or to the entrance to pay to drive your vehicle on the beach. The pools were nice. The gym worked out great for my family. I visited my elderly parents and needed a place to stay nearby with my family and pets. They permitted me to bring my dogs, which allowed them to join in visiting my parents and participating in the activities we had planned for the week. Thank you for the use of your condominium. We had a wonderful time staying at Frank's place. It was the perfect space for our family of 6 adults. Everything was beautifully decorated and super clean. It is steps away from the beach and a short walk to many bars and restaurants.We highly recommend it!

We had an incredible stay at Jennifer’s place in New Smyrna Beach! She was responsive from the start—super friendly, quick to answer questions, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Check-in was easy, and she checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. The house has so much personality. The Pan-Am theme gives it a fun, vintage vibe that makes the whole place feel like a little adventure. It's not your typical beach rental—it’s way more charming and thoughtful. We loved the backyard! It’s private and cozy, with a cute little pool that was perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. It felt like our own hidden retreat. Inside, the home had everything we needed—beach towels, kitchen essentials, comfy beds—you name it. It’s clearly set up with families in mind, and it made the trip stress-free. And the location really sealed the deal. We’d absolutely stay here again. Jennifer’s place made our vacation easy, relaxing, and fun from start to finish.

Brittany is an incredible host…communicative, proactive, and readily available for questions. Her place is modern and spotless. She has done an excellent job stocking her condo with everything you would need in the kitchen and extra treats for the family. The view is beautiful and you are steps away from the pool and beach access. We will be back!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Dawns place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! We traveled as a group of 8 people ages ranging from 15 to 42, along with our 3 furbabies. Dawn herself greeted us there and gave us a quick tutorial on how to use all the fancy gadgets in her home. Very friendly and quick to respond if you need anything! As we arrived later than we had intended she had some nice goodies for us, some adult beverages, pizzas...we had for dinner (BONUS) as we did not feel like going back out after a long trip, even some bacon and eggs for breakfast! I could go on and on about this gorgeous relaxing home, from the pool/backyard oasis, large property/yard for privacy and the doggos, to the snazzy gadgets, the coffee maker, and even the toilets in the bathrooms. Oh and don't get me started on the beds!!! I absolutely loved them and miss it already! 100 out of 10 recommended! We enjoyed our stay beyond what we imagined. Already planning to go back soon! *VERY PRIVATE*

We came in yo stay for weekend to have a graduation celebration party on the beach. The place was perfect location. We hot the golf cart and made trips back and forth so easy. It even had a pass to get on the beach. The place was very clean, perfect for our size family, spacious, and plenty to do. We would totally stay here again! Anne was easy to work with, accommodated us, answered very quickly! The house is amazing!

Jim’s place was an added bonus to my birthday weekend stay in Daytona. It’s a cute cottage with a smalla private back yard area including outdoor grill, shower, fire pit and hot tub. This place is super close to the boardwalk and The Peabody Auditorium (which is why we were in town). Jim provided coffee pods for the Kurig, creamer and a couple of ice cold water bottles in fridge. We did not utilize the inside bar and our plans had us busy, but there were people enjoying the lovely bar patio. Even though there is an on site bar, we had no issue with loud music, people during our stay. Not to mention that we stayed in Rowseys cottage and happened to be my late mom’s nickname, so that was a pleasant surprise. This place would be a great find if in town for the races or bike week as it’s just close to everything. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely tell our friends and family.

Angel's home away from home was just what me and my friends needed to get away for the weekend. We mainly had our activities up in Daytona but driving down to here was such and easy drive. Less then 5 minutes away from the beach made it such a great spot for us. Angel was such an amazing host with clear communication leading up to the weekend. checking in and out was a breeze.

One of our favorite Florida rentals. It was in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and across from a non-drive beach. The home was stocked and had a relaxing beach cottage vibe. I will be booking this property agian.

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

The stay at Michaels was nice. Convenient location to visit with family and close to the ocean.Lots of space and very nice oversized bathroom. Everything was comfy and kitchen had a lot of selection of pans, dishes, cups, glasses, new refrigerator and a/c unit. Very nice stay.

My family felt very welcome and cared for at Bob's Beach Bungalow :) Crystal was so kind and thoughtful during our stay as well as before. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed. She left thoughtful and beautiful gifts for us and personalized snacks. She was very responsive if we needed anything, and she really cared that we had a lovely time. The beach house was very comfortable with incredible open beach views. From all areas of the house we were able to take in and enjoy the views of the water. We were also able to see ospreys, pelicans and seagulls throughout the day as well as dolphins. And much to our two sons' enjoyment, there were two gopher tortoises who lived in the dunes behind the house and we were able to see them sunning themselves each day. With the views, location, and caring host Crystal, we hope to return for another stay. Highly recommend!!
