CDM-23 ... known to us as "Kerry's Dream" is a spacious 2-level condo w. over 1,300 sq. feet of living area. It has two 48" HD TVs, DVR, DVD, Wifi & a lovely ocean front pool. GREAT !!! Upgraded Master Bath, Guest Bath and Powder Room in November 2024. A New KITCHEN with Granite Counter Top and Breakfast Bar. And new Karndean Luxury Flooring in the LR and DR areas (September 2022).
