Townhome vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach

Christine's place was very pleasant and we felt very safe there (very important for we girls who stayed there). We came and left the townhouse at all hours due to a very hectic schedule and always felt secure. I would love to stay in this comfortable townhouse again.

Great place for the money. The place suffered some hurrican damage, but not inconvenienced at all while they were working on the outside.

This location can't be beat. It was perfect for early beach visits and afternoon pool time. There is easy beach access right out the front door and close to a shower so you can rinse off when you leave the beach. The community is very clean and quiet. The space is equipped with all you need for a relaxing beach vacation. WiFi worked great throughout the home. The space seems a bit dated, however that is part of the charm. I felt at home and very comfortable, especially with my small children. I can't recommend this place enough.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days over Christmas while visiting family in the area and it worked out lovely!!! We had our dog with us, so this was the perfect apartment for us. Nice fenced in yard and felt very private but yet still walking distance to Daytona Beach and restaurants! We had booked this very last minute and Aurelia communicated promptly and clearly with check in instructions. Very clean and tidy with everything you would need in the kitchen to make some meals if you are staying awhile. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Definitely check out Pat’s Riverfront cafe just around the block for some great basic breakfast or lunch with a nice view! Would definitely stay here again- what a gem!

Nice condo, great location. We really enjoyed being there. We did find the check in checkout process to be a pain. Most places have a lockbox or something so you can let yourself in. This property management company requires you to check in at their office, which is at a different location from the condo between 4-5pm the day of check in. We have been to New Smyrna several times and never needed a car. We had to rent a car just to be able to get back and forth from the property management office at this specific time with our luggage. Worse for us because we had come from Washington State and flown in on a Red Eye flight….no sleep. We asked ahead of time if there was a way to get in early. Nope. Also know when you check out you must drive the keys back to the Property Management office location by 10:00am.

This was a great place. Literally across the street from the beach. Drivable beach access with 4x4 .15 miles from the house. Fenced in yard and driveway. amazing how quiet and secluded it is with the proximity to the main strip would highly recommend

My friends and I had a good stay for Rockville. The Ruthy's Kozy Kitchen suggestion was great for breakfast. Also the old radio sound system and turntable were cool.

We have stayed in the Ormond Beach area for 3 years, so we are familiar with the neighborhood. Maureen’s townhouse is in a perfect neighborhood, not too far from town and yet far enough away from the craziness of Daytona during race week. It’s an easy walk to the grocery store. We also walked downtown to the Farmers Market on Thursdays. There are many hiking trails within a 15-20 min drive. Other guests and residents in the building were very friendly. We will be back next year.

She was an awesome host her place was great . Recommend if ever need to stay in Deltona again would stay there if available.👍🏻

Nice little spot that was very clean. The host is very responsive and accommodating. This has nothing to do with the host but pay attention to the tide charts! The house is right across the street from the beach but when it is high tide there is not really any beach there.

Christine’s place is a wonderful stay. I stayed with my two year old and it was so comfortable for us they even had some children’s dish’s to use. Everything was clean and we also had everything we needed for making meals that was a big plus for me having to cook a lot! I ended up needing to stay another night and she was extremely kind and flexible.

This was the perfect spot for me to stay for a weekend trip to visit central FL. The house was spotless and had everything I needed. I cooked the first night and wasn’t missing anything. The 2nd night I wanted to try some local spots and Erik was able to give me some good suggestions just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown Sanford which is super cute. The beds were comfy and the amenities were updated and modern. I also am a single woman and felt very safe in this location. I also loved there was a private gym on the property so I could get a sweat out in the AM. Erik was great to communicate with helped me with check in, check out, and suggestions on places to eat at and visit during my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this host and Airbnb for your next stay. Location: 30 min from theme parks, 10 min from down town Sanford, 45 min from beach. Overall cannot complain

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Scott’s place. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Scott answered all my messages in a timely manner. The beach was a short walk across the hwy & the view was gorgeous from the roof top. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were great & the speakers in the bathroom was a nice touch. I definitely would recommend & would book again.

Tidy vacation rental only steps from the beach. Every time I wondered if the house was stocked with something it was in the first place I looked.

We had a great time at the beach! Loved that the beach was not very crowded, other guest were very friendly & overall was a great stay! The walk to the beach with little kids and all the beach gear was a little cumbersome, but if you don’t have kids would not have been a big deal.

Highly recommend Amanda’s place! Very welcoming, spacious and the host is great with communication.

We had an amazing time visiting Regina's property. the location is stunning and so peaceful, yet also so close to all your amenities. The area had so much to do around for all family members! I wish we had more time! A home away from home.

Beautiful place, quiet neighborhood, just far enough away from main traffic so you did not hear it but minutes to the beach and walkable if you’re not toting stuff. Rooms are colorfully decorated as pictured. Big and I mean big spacious master bath. Bunkbeds are sturdy and well made. Enough space everyone had a private spot to hang out when being with people was too much.

we brought 5 people and had a great time, beach was super easy to get to and was very nice. house was very clean and very spacious.

Jorge the place was great I just recommend you get more pots and pans for guests and change the remote batteries downstairs, and maybe a cheap TV for the master bedroom. 😃

What a great long weekend in this jewel! The home is close to the beach and many great restaurants! Although we drove to the beach, you are maybe a 5 minute walk to it if that. This home has all the comforts of home, spacious and very clean! Beds are comfortable and the linens smelled like they were laundered that day! Great AC and ceiling fans if needed and a nice size bathroom with large walk-in shower. Close to Publix as well. Definitely will be back! Thanks Danny and Amber for sharing your lovely home with us!
