This condo had incredible views and was in the perfect location! We could pretty much walk to anything we needed. There were so many fun activities going on in the resort and we loved all the amenities! The pools were gorgeous and the grounds were well kept. I would definitely go back and stay here again and again.

Beautiful scenery. Close to the springs. And only a 10 minute drive to downtown area which was a great way to spend an evening.

The units are in a great location right along the beach and only a short walk or drive from multiple shopping strips. Building was quiet with covered parking, game tables, and a gym. Very thankful for this rental!

Christina was wonderful! She responded quickly and very helpful! The place had bc an amazing view! Very clean and well stocked, it had everything we needed. We plan to book this place again in since we frequent Daytona. Love the door lock.

The Retro Loft was a great place to stay for an event taking place in Daytona. It was close enough to commute to the event, but far enough out of the bustle of Daytona. The space was clean and roomy. It is evident that Sandra takes pride in the space and wants her guests to have a comfortable stay. Loved the vintage design. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

We were three adults and two teenagers. There was plenty of space, amenities were great. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit with everyone. It's a nice and quiet area, with one bar/restaurant within walking distance. Everything else was an easy drive. Easy walk to the beach for the sunrise!

Bernie was a wonderful host, responding immediately with helpful suggestions, especially when an unexpected storm showed up and we had to leave early. The location of the home can’t be beat for this area- just a few steps to the beach after you cross A1A . It’s a quiet area & just a short drive to the shops in Flagler and Ormand. The house itself is nice & well-stocked— has a huge master bed upstairs w/ great blackout curtains for sun. Lovely bathrooms! The only 2 things I’d suggest are more tables and curtains/blinds in the upstairs main living room area. The eat-in table in the kitchen is very small, with 4 high-top bar stools, and there’s no coffee table by the couches upstairs, but if it’s not too hot or windy to be outside, the deck furniture is really nice for eating. We did not use the space downstairs and it feels very separate from the upstairs, so… wonderful for teens or if someone needs space. All in all, a great place! I’d definitely book with Bernie again.

Super clean and updated. Great small place for 3-4 adults and up to 4 children. Two queen rooms and two room have bunk beds and share a Jack n Jill bathroom. Nice pool, hot tub, and tv in backyard. Felt safe and close to restaurants and shops.

Beautiful and big house with everything needed. Paula has great communication as well and nice. House was cleaned, more than enough towels, paper towels etc! Everything you need you will get it at this house as is your own house! very calm neighborhood as well. Would give her more than 5 stars!

We had a great stay here. My mom is from New Smyrna so we were familiar with the area, which is one of the reasons we picked this spot. Nice neighborhood to walk furbabies, and one of the 3 community pools was a very short, less than 5 minutes away, walk. The beach is also very close, with a path to access it. There were a couple issues, but the communication was top notch and I felt very respected and cared for. Thanks again!

Friendly and attentive host, check in & check out were very easy and flexible. Very well-located property with many restaurants and places to visit nearby (5-10 minutes by car), including the beach! The property is comfortable and meets all basic needs with classic decor & furniture. The beds and sofa match the description, the kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place! Clean great location, beautiful on the beach lots of stuff around to eat etc ! Id stay again for sure, except…We had a super late check in and were exhausted, and the concierge kept calling the room landline & texting us the next am that we HAD to get these ‘resort bracelets’ or that we wouldn’t have access to everything etc. just a scam to get you to hear their sales pitch…it was super uncomfortable & we kept trying to get away…

AMAZING place for kids! We had an issue when we first arrived but Pheap was on it and fixed it for us fast and then checked on us to make sure all our needs were met for the rest of our stay.

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...

This was a wonderful place to stay to be right in the action for Daytona Beach. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the view was gorgeous. The pool and beach access was perfect. This spot is walkable to many nice restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

A well-appointed condo so close to the ocean! We very much enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. Very clean and convenient!

My girlfriend and I loved the place. Extremely pleased and the view was perfect !!! We have nothing bad to say at all over this rental !!! As a matter of fact we will be coming back next year !!!

We have two sons in their twenties and it was our oldest son birthday and holiday weekend. We had no problems at all with the management company they provided us with every detail ( Read through the paperwork provided ) The check in process was very smooth the communication was on point. I was dealing directly with Alexis from Ocean Luxury Vacations she was an absolute dream to deal with answering my questions as well as sending notifications and emails promptly and attentive to every detail. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. She was always very pleasant and friendly to me. The location was amazing we could watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the condo and the only other place we have had that ability is on a cruise ship or in the Florida Keys. Everything was great for our family vacation the condo was very clean, spacious, plenty of space for us all, and the location was perfect!! We saw fireworks and the launch of the shuttle in Cape Canaveral

We had a wonderful week at John’s condo! It’s a perfect location and has everything you could need. We especially loved all the extras (beach chairs, tent, etc) We will def be back!!!!!!!
