Incredible views from this super comfy condo! One of those places that immediately feels like home once you step inside. Super clean, very well decorated, and the location can’t be beat! Host was incredibly kind and thoughtful with a special request I had. 10/10 from me and my family!

The Inlet at Minorca is a peaceful, beautiful retreat with great amenities. The condo looks just like the photos. You can tell our host is working hard to continue updating it to the highest potential. The provided binder was very helpful to understand the lay of the land. Local owners were very nice. We loved going out on our morning runs along the boardwalk, watching the surfers and fishermen along the inlet, and hitting up some of the local dining and entertainment spots. It’s a quick 40 min walk down the beach to Flagler Avenue, which gave us plenty to do on the cloudier, cooler days. We would not hesitate to book this again in the future. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

This was a wonderful place as far as size and location with great amenities. The condo was spacious and beautiful which helped make it a really enjoyable stay. Some things could use updating and the entry and lock was a bit confusing for us but Cindy responded incredibly quickly, super polite and friendly, even though it was late at night. We had kids on a senior trip and there was enough to keep everyone entertained as well as the areas to make things go more smoothly when space was needed to keep the peace. There were things that didn't really interfere with a great vacation like the blinds and doors not working smoothly and we had an issue with the AC but Cindy was immediately responsive and had it taken care of in a very timely manner. All the kids feedback was positive and one commented that they were "living the high life" this week. They all had an amazing time and it was just the experience we wanted for them. Thank you Cindy!

Lovely hotel on the beach, we enjoyed waking up everyday to a beautiful view. The room was clean and well-stocked for our stay. There was no stove to cook food, but there was a hot plate available for cooking needs. We brought our air fryer to prepare a few meals and found that sufficient. The hotel also has a tiki bar that is open each day after 11:30 if you don’t want to cook, or you can walk down the street and find several other options. We found that the room met all of our needs. Our only issue was the slow-flushing toilet (must hold the handle down for a longggg time), and the tendency for the floors to “sweat” when you take a hot shower. Minor issues that really had no bearing on our stay at all, just some things for future guests to look out for. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here - you won’t regret it!

We went up for a girls weekend to New Smyrna. This place was just what we needed, walkable to the beach, drive able to the downtown areas. We much enjoyed our stay!

Mark was a wonderful, responsive host. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need. There is also plenty of great beach equipment and toys. The condo complex also had a great variety of activities and the unit was conveniently located in close proximity to it ALL! We had a great time!

Great location right on the beach and close to a strip mall that has everything you need. The condo also had all the necessities, especially in the kitchen. Pat was also incredibly accommodating with our arrival/check out times. Highly recommend!

We were there for Jeep Beach and Donna’s place was awesome and convenient. It was in a great location and we will definitely be booking with her again in the future!

An adorable little place with absolutely everything that we needed. Had dish soaps, laundry soaps, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I always hate getting to a place and then having to buy all of that stuff and not even put a dent in any of it. It was a relief that have a little bit of it all there!! The place was very clean and Jill was responsive! The only part that was terrible was trying to park in the spot in the garage! We had a small little car and it was awful trying to get into it. I can’t imagine having anything bigger!

Wonderful place to stay!! Plenty of towels for the number of guests. Neil and Danielle were quick and friendly in responses and helped us when we arrived several hours before the set check in time. They provide everything you can need for a day at the beach so no need to pack those extra items that can take up a lot of space in your vehicle! Easy to access, great pool, nice nature trail on the premises!! Condo was exactly as advertised!!

Isabell kept us up to date on construction going on and was flexible and easy to work with. The location was spectacular, easy to get to, beautiful views and nice amenities. We would definitely book again!

This was a great place to stay. We look forward to going back to this exact place this summer hopefully for multiple weeks. Host are responsive and the views are breathtaking.

We loved this place. Terri was wonderful. She replied quickly to all our questions before we arrived giving us great dinning recommendations. The house is fabulous. Two large bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, nicely decorated and very clean. Great back yard. Ideal location. Close to the beach and the international speedway. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay was absolutely perfect!! The condo was gorgeous and if we ever came back to Daytona Beach, this would be our first choice. The condo was stocked with all essentials, like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, blow dryers, curling iron, and numerous beach items (chairs, boogie board, toys, etc...). Views of not only ocean but also river were great as well. Pool was heated and hot tub was great also. Pool table in game room was convenient, and also fitness center was nice. I highly recommend this rental.

I got to use Cossett's place for my wedding and it was the perfect setting with plenty of space and great location

We were having the flooring replaced in our entire house so we had to vacate our property for four days. We were looking for accommodations close to home for four adults and two cats. We could not have been more fortunate than to find this property in Sanford. The location was perfect. When we arrived our first impression was how spotless and beautifully decorated the space was. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more from kitchen essentials to cozy, comfortable beds. Your fur babies will love it here too from all the large windows to view lizards and squirrels to a large back yard to frolic in. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative and responsive, making the check in process smooth and stress free. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation and will be happy to highly recommend this home away from home to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

I can't say enough about how lovely this condo was. After having a couple of not so great Airbnb experiences elsewhere, it was so refreshing to walk into a place that was lovely, comfortable, spotless, and had such an incredible view. The only thing I would recommend is new photos on the Airbnb site because we really don't believe that the photos did this condo justice. The decor is very nice, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very nice and clean and had plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well equipped with more than you could need. even the laundry area was well stocked with not just laundry needs but chairs and boogie boards and other beach items. The couple of questions we had were answered by Deb quickly. It was just a truly enjoyable holiday weekend and we will definitely return and also recommend Deb's condo to other friends wanting to visit Daytona Beach. Thank you, Deb, for a wonderful weekend!

A group of us went down for Daytona Beach bike week. We were not sure about our trailers and motorcycles fitting in the driveway, but the driveway area is very big and accommodated five vehicles, three trailers, seven motorcycles with no problem at all. The location is right on the intercoastal and about a quarter of a mile away from Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach. It was a great centrally located spot and we were able to go everywhere through the back roads to get to where we needed to go. There was plenty of room to sleep and accommodate a large group. The only thing I would say is that all the bathrooms in the house are located in the bedrooms and the people who stayed upstairs had to use the outdoor bathroom. Which wasn’t a problem, but adults getting out of a bunkbed in the middle of the night was comical in itself. They were great hosts and contacted me every day to make sure everything was going well. If we needed anything they would respond quickly, even if it was late!
