Our stay at Andrea & Stefano’s place was lovely. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated with perfect outdoor space as well. Andrea was very friendly and responsive, sending a great list of recommendations for our stay. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for 2 couples. We were able to walk from train station with luggage easily and to all sites around Florence. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Our host Alessio was friendly and offered great suggestions for exploring Florence.

We stayed here in 2016 and it was even better than we remembered. A beautiful apartment, quiet and private, with amazing original features. The area is residential and round the corner is San Ambrogio food market. Lovely local restaurants all use fresh ingredients from the market. Wonderful evening in a street filled with locals enjoying food and drink. We could have spent the whole time exploring the locality.

The location couldn’t have been better—situated in a quiet neighborhood but just steps away from an amazing variety of restaurants. Whether we wanted a cozy café or fine dining, everything was within walking distance. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail, making sure our stay was comfortable. Francesco's apartment is a 14-minute walk from the station, in a strategic point from which you can easily reach the main points of interest in the city. The spaces were new, well-kept and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfy, as was the large shower. I really appreciated the water and snacks available. Overall I had a really good time, it was a very comfortable stay.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

This is a wonderful place which was absolutely perfect for our special family holiday. We felt very welcome and at home. Pierluigi was great, a super host. He always responded promptly and his local knowledge was invaluable. He put us in touch with Chef Nicole, who cooked a superb meal, which we would highly recommend. The house is spacious, tastefully furnished with a rustic charm. The views are stunning and the swimming pool is the cherry on top. Overall, fantastic!

Lovely house with a great and well-maintained garden. The pool was amazing and it's very child friendly with various levels. Very nice and friendly hosts who always responded quickly if we had any questions.

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

We felt comfortable in the apartment right from the start. There was a lot of space and everything was spotless. From Monto Baducco, excursions to Bologna, Florence, Pisa, etc. were very possible. We can recommend this property with a clear conscience. Thank you very much to the landlord.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

Oltre Arno, fantastically beautiful. The area is popular for bars in the evening, and yet there is absolutely no street noise in the apartment. Although one room has no windows, it looks pleasantly bright. Very cozy!

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.

We had a wonderful stay at Maridana's apartment! She was always responsive, the place was clean, had all the great amenities mentioned in the listing. It was at walkable distance from valid bus & tram stops, and a 1km walk from Forenze Rifredi station. Maridana gave us many local recommendations and we really appreciated her hospitality.
