We stayed with Roberto and Paola again and we had a great time again, even when there was a small problem, they proved to be as responsive and proactive as always.

We had a wonderful time in Monti Di Villa. The little village is lovely and the view across the valley from the terraces is breathtaking. We felt at home straight away. It’s a great place to relax but there are also many things to do in the area, beautiful Tuscan towns to visit. Sara is a great host. She gave us lots of recommendations and was extremely helpful. It was a perfect holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage in Calambrone, Pisa. The check in was super easy – we were expected on site and warmly welcomed. The house looked exactly as described in the advertisement, which pleased us very much. The short distance from the house to the beach through the dunes was a real highlight. Barefoot, with swimming trunks and towel – that's all you needed. Out of season it was pleasantly quiet, exactly what we were looking for. Another plus was the good accessibility of Pisa. By bus we were there in just 45 minutes and were able to enjoy a wonderful day trip. A small negative point was that Airbnb mislinked the address with Google Maps. However, this was not Christy's fault, she has already complained about it. Conclusion: If you are looking for beach, sun and culture, this is the place to be.  We highly recommend this cottage!

I had a wonderful stay at this house and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice! The house was exactly as described, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The host was exceptional! Kind and helpful, he provided us with all the information we needed, responding quickly to all our questions. Upon arrival, he also left us a welcome thought for breakfast the next day, a detail I really appreciated. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming place, well connected to the rest of the city and above all managed by an available and kind host.

The house was very clean and tidy. Large and comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. The house is sufficiently cool and we did not have to use the air conditioning, which is also available, despite the fact that the outside temperature was above 30 degrees. Supermarkets nearby. A very pleasant stay of a few days.

Perfect place in the middle of the old borgo. Lovely spacious house on 3 floors. Really nice. Giada was very helpful and respectful.

If you want somewhere to relax and get away from all the business of the city - this is the perfect place to stay.

If you are looking for an authentic Tuscan experience then this property will fit the bill. A very old property that has been sympathetically updated in the middle of the typical rolling Tuscan countryside. It is less than an hour’s drive to Florence, Siena and hilltop towns such as San Gimignano. The property has all the amenities you could want and the Silvia and Linda were very helpful. The highlight is the swimming pool which was the best we have encountered in such a property. It was very large and modern with incredible views over the countryside. You are allocated your own beds, chairs, deck chairs table and parasol (it is shared with the other properties). There are two things worth bearing in mind, firstly, that the only views of the lovely countryside you get from the property are from the two bedrooms and not from the living area, kitchen or the outside eating area. Secondly, it is located about 1km down a dusty, stony track which is at least not too pot-holed. We enjoyed it

This townhouse is very modern inside with lovely facilities - kitchen, washer dryer, really strong air conditioning, comfortable beds. It's in a quiet part of town and backs to some beautiful green space. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive, and they gave us a map with restaurant suggestions. Overall a great stay!

A beautiful house with everything you need. comfortable and warm. Great bus connections, close to supermarket and very walkable to lucca central. Comfortably accommodates 8 people, three bath rooms is a bonus . I would highly recommend.

Perfect Location in Lucca. 10min walking from the city center, few minutes away from the shopping. Parking on the street or 100m away on a small parking place. Any the highlight is the garden.

We loved all the beautiful original details and tall heights of ceilings in living room and bedrooms. We also loved the private garden and the seating area in kitchen. Amazing that this beautiful home and a three min walk from the center of town. Perfect location!

Great time spent here with our children/teens…peaceful place, excellent swimming pool with superb views! Bright and very pleasant accommodation… you can feel at home, and the small family restaurant that offers the local specialty was very nice! Recommended accommodation without hesitation!

The listing is an absolute recommendation. It is beautiful, clean and functional. The view over the hills of Tuscany is breathtaking and the pool area is simply wonderful. We were all very comfortable. It is the middle of three townhouses and we were lucky that we were the only tenants there, so we had the whole terrace and pool to ourselves. The way to the accommodation is a bit difficult to navigate, especially with a large car. But it's definitely worth it! Alessandra is incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful. The surrounding area (nature, cities, etc.) is ideal for smaller and larger excursions.

The house is very nice, clean and cared for. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, great for a weekend of two couples of friends or family. The area is quiet and the internal parking is very convenient. The owner was very kind and responsive in her responses. Recommended 👍🏻

The apartment is small but very pleasant and comfortable because the space has been perfectly used with predominantly wooden furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped and the cookware is new and plentiful, which is rare in accommodations! The courtyard in front of the front door is not great, while the balcony of the room enjoys a beautiful open view of the mountains. Roberto is very helpful. We just had to clarify a small issue regarding the cost of cleaning that was not indicated in the listing, but it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful villa, very convenient to the sea, even on foot in 3 minutes. Inside, there's really everything you need to spend a peaceful holiday! Beautiful garden. Although we experienced some difficulties, Alexa was a super responsive host and helped us to solve them.

David and Roberta are exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The house was easy to find, thanks to their clear directions. We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X
