We are not at an intersection: the traffic light shines in the garden. A few steps from the center, we offer a 45-square-meter accommodation in a villa suitable for a couple, possibly with children. Induction hob and dishwasher in the kitchen; hot tub in the bathroom. Color TV, and stereo system. In the main spaces of the house, a pool table with holes and a grand piano are available for enthusiasts. Usable garden; parking and bicycles in use. Dogs are allowed as long as they are well-behaved.

At the property lives only the family (3 people).The position enables to visit all the wonderful Tuscany as you can reach Florence (35 min) Siena (1 hour) Pisa, Lucca and you can also reach the sandy beaches of Tuscany in 50 minuts. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a panoramic garden where there is the pool only for the guests. At the property there are 2 dogs in a cage and a nice cat

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

Quiet, reserved and 20 minutes from the sea. WE ONLY HOST NON-SMOKING ADULTS. Hi! I'm Eleonora, and I live upstairs! Your apartment is located on the left side of the house and has a private and fenced entrance, a private bathroom with shower, a kitchen with a dining room, and a wonderful bedroom surrounded by greenery. Pedona is a 5-minute walk away and offers 2 grocery stores and 1 restaurant. We have VERY SLOW Wi-Fi, but the "connection" is not our priority 😉

La Casina Bianca Annex

Annex in a nice little villa 15 minutes by bike from the sea. Within walking distance are the major services, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. I offer an Italian breakfast. There is an outdoor kitchen that guests can use. Possibility to use two bikes. It's a quiet place. Inside the annex there is a walk-in closet, a bathroom and a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a small refrigerator. I would like to point out that I have two very good cats.

Se siete in tre possiamo fornirvi gratuitamente un letto pieghevole aggiuntivo (80x200 cm) altrimenti a 12€ a notte. Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.

Costanza's Paradise

Apartment nestled in the Tuscan countryside, just 10 minutes from the historic center of Pistoia. The room (connected to the art studio but independent from the owners’ villa) is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, a private bathroom, a semi-detached kitchen, and access to a large garden with use of the swimming pool (to be shared only with the owners). A true paradise! P.S. We have a very sweet dog.
