The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. Sometimes, on request, I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Typical Tuscan residence with beautiful panoramic view. Once, when it was uninhabited, swallows lived there, and today, in summer, it is a spectacle to see them return to their place of origin every evening and fly close to the water to drink at the pool. Just as unique in May is the spectacle of the fireflies' lights or the song of the crickets that give way to the cicadas, marking the hours of summer days; or the beautiful butterflies with unique colors in spring.

Lovely apartment 5 minutes from Forte dei Marmi

Apartment located in Querceta, on the border with the renowned Forte dei Marmi. It is a cool semi-basement, equipped with air conditioning and located about 2 km from the sea. It consists of a large living room, dining table and kitchen with all modern amenities (including a dishwasher). It has a bedroom that sleeps 3 + 1 on a queen-size sofa bed (140 cm). The outdoor space is equipped with a table, umbrella, and deck chair. Parking is in front of the house.

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.
