An amazing villa with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. A great location to explore everything Tuscany has to offer. And the large swimming pool is an amazing place to spend some time to relax with complete privacy. On top of that, Carlo is extremely friendly and always quick to answer any questions or give advice. Also it is really nice to see him take care of all the animals at the property. Would highly recommend this place, and would love to stay here again sometime.

This was a beautiful place to stay in Gorfigliano. Damiano was a very responsive and helpful host, making sure I was able to reach the home and was comfortable. The home was spacious and had everything I needed. It’s walking distance to a grocery, restaurants and the lake and was perfect for my stay. Highly recommend!

We were hosted very well by Silvana. The listing is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great location for visiting Tuscany (Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, Siena...). The pool is a real asset in this heat, we were able to enjoy it every day.

Very satisfied with the vacation in Viareggio at Rooms Caterina. The staff ladies are very helpful and attentive to the customer's needs. I stayed in the red room (there are other rooms of other colors). The environment is reserved and 200 meters from the beach, very clean and well-kept complete with air with a fridge and TV and coffee corner.

I had the pleasure of staying on the second floor of this villa just outside Lucca and I can only recommend it. The hosts were incredibly kind and patient, welcoming me despite my late arrival and always proving available to check that everything was to my liking. The spacious and bright master bedroom came with a large balcony. The bathroom, also spacious, was perfectly equipped with shampoo and other useful products. The attention to detail and the attention of the hosts made the stay very pleasant. I highly recommend this house to those looking for tranquility and comfort near Lucca!

Accommodation unfortunately a little far from the city center to walk there. Nice little pool after a day of discovering the region. Nice garden well maintained. Matteo and his parents were very pleasant and friendly. Good tips for visiting the region and for restaurants. The small house is separate from the main residence and therefore very private. Only small negative point, the proximity to the highway and the noise (moderate) outside without any consequences inside the house. In short, a great stay at Matteo.

one of the best accommodation experiences of all my travels (35 countries). an amazing place in the middle of Tuscany, and not far from the train station. Florence can be reached in 30 minutes by train. It’s more convenient to have a car of course, but even without a car it’s very nice to walk around the neighborhood and get to the train station on foot (1 hour walk from the house). I had health problems during my stay (my knee hurt badly), Barbara and her husband very friendly and kindly offered me their help and gave me a lift several times. Throughout my stay I felt like home, hosts regularly asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything extra. I really want to come back in the summer and live in this beautiful place longer! I can't express how grateful I am for the warm welcome

My partner, me and our three and a half year old stayed two nights at Cavallo Enquiso, in a simple but cozy apartment, surrounded by a beautiful countryside and the imposing views of the Apuan. The horses in the structure and her first ride under Elisa's guidance, made this stay unforgettable for the little one. Wide possibility of hiking nearby and with short trips by car. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, bathroom comfortable enough and spacious bedroom; everything matches the description. We had a good time and will probably be back in the future weekend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tamara and Roger's in their beautiful Tuscan home. The setting was idyllic, surrounded by greenery and bathed in perfect tranquility. Tamara and Roger's welcome was warm and attentive, they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We were lucky enough to taste their delicious homemade olive oil, a real gem! Their local recommendations were also valuable and allowed us to discover authentic places. We recommend this rental without hesitation and hope to have the opportunity to return one day 🥰

We stayed with Shara for a short stay and immediately felt comfortable. We were able to check in flexibly, Shara welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything in detail despite our late arrival. Even the fridge in the separate kitchen cart was perfectly filled for breakfast. Shara had many helpful tips for the area and took good care of us. We could enjoy the stay very much and would come back any time. Thanks Shara!

Eleonora's place deserves more than 5 stars. The location is fantastic, a beautiful view of nature and very quiet. The place is very lovingly decorated, very, very clean and you have everything you need. The view from the bed is fantastic. Eleonora is an excellent host. She was there for me with tips and lots of recommendations. She showed me a lot during the week and her dinner was excellent. There is plenty to see in the area, lots of nature and beautiful small towns to explore. What I liked best is how my dog was welcomed. Eleonora is an absolute animal lover and we felt well taken care of. Those who want to experience vacation away from tourism and want to get to know the real Italian life are in good hands with Eleonora. The place is worth every penny ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Vitaverde property has everything we need to quickly come down and feel comfortable: quiet environment, great nature (hopefully it will continue to exist) and landscape, it also smells so good there, 😊 the view of the sea … Many excursion destinations are easily accessible: Pisa, Florence, the sea, … great bike tours are possible here and there are totally cute restaurants. Tamara and Roger are super nice and helpful. Nice to meet them.

Really nice and clean house, on a hill, very quiet area... Impeccable hospitality. Spacious and bright spaces. We enjoyed the layout on one floor without stairs and appreciated the well-maintained pool. For us this last-minute reservation was a pleasant surprise. To repeat!

We had a wonderful week! We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished and super-equipped apartment. With the fantastic panorama over the hills of Tuscany, a view to the sea and to Pisa, we were able to relax superbly. Tamara gave us good tips and recommendations for nearby excursions. We received a very good reception. The host is perfectly polyglot. The setting is sumptuous amid vineyards and olive trees. We also greatly enjoyed the pool in the hot weather. The villa is nicely decorated with tastes.

We had a great stay. We arrived late and luckily after a long journey we were able to cross the street and have a delicious meal there. I would definitely recommend the accommodation, but keep in mind that on Monday the restaurant across the street is having a party, and that you may experience some noise pollution. For those who are not deep sleepers this can be a problem. Fortunately, we were not bothered by it much. The accommodation is well located, we went to Pisa the first day and Vinci the second day. Pleasant accommodation for discovering the Cinque Terre while relaxing on the terrace, in the garden, and even enjoying the pool. Ideal for letting kids have fun safely :-) Thank you for lending us the bikes to get to Sarzana even faster than on foot, ideal location for culture and walking fans in a beautiful environment, with public transport within walking distance and well informed by our hosts. In short… we would have stayed a few more days!

The room was sublime and impeccably clean as did the public spaces, which smelled super good! Parking in front very easy to park The host provided clear instructions and was easily reachable , thank you again it was perfect!

We loved our stay at Paolo's place. The outside space, the garden and tranquility are wonderful. Paolo is the best host you can wish for. He helped us when we had some toubles with our car and even drove to the garage for us. He helped with getting wood when we like to make a little Bonfire at night. Our dog Bella was very welcome and became best friends with Paolo. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. We can really recommend it!

Beautiful place in the middle of nature, nice pool, secluded but close enough to shops that you can get groceries. Our first day we didn’t have groceries so sari called up simonetta who owns the closest shop and drove us to her shop which was opened just for us to have food for the night! She drove us to and from the train station for us to get back to the airport; truly the most accommodating host you could ask for. She speaks perfect English and Italian, too. Well built house with thick walls - even though there were other guests during our stay we hardly saw or heard anybody else, other than sari if we needed her help.

Vanessa and her family are adorable and very welcoming . They also offer good advice to guide us in our visits. The Tuscany countryside is beautiful. There is everything in San Donato: restaurant, supermarket, butcher, cafe...within walking distance of the house. Siene , Florence and San Guimignano are not far away. The garden and swimming pool are very nice especially with 2 teenagers aged 13 and 16. Anyway, it was very good. 😀

If I could have stayed longer, I would have. An amazing place with stunning views, super peaceful and with a couple of nice restaurants and a pasticceria within a 15 min walk radius. I was fortunate enough to have been able to use Benedetta's office with really fast internet by Elon Musk and incredible views. One day we will be back!

The room looks like the pictures. We felt very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the landlady responded quickly. Everything was clean and furnished with attention to detail. There was nothing missing. The area is quiet and beautiful. Although we were relatively late, we were able to eat something in the restaurant opposite. This is also highly recommended. We will be happy to come back :)
