what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Paola was the perfect host. we had some travel delays the day of our arrival and she was flexible and helpful. The apartment has a balcony you will fall in love with. Best place to start your day watching the sun come up and a stunning place to enjoy wine at night. the bedroom has great a/c and even on the 90 degree days you could easily get comfortable. The bedroom also was farther inside the apartment and so the sound of the bells was not a problem for us. the location near the train station was wonderfully convenient. There are plenty off cafe spots within the block of you and markets. If we get the chance to return to Florence we will most definitely stay here again.

Nice location if we can keep luggages would be much better as Florence is a tourist city.

This apartment is magnificent. It is beautiful, clean, quiet, updated, in a great location and full of amenities. Cecilia is a wonderful and responsive host. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Florence!

Excellent structure. Really comfortable and impeccably clean house. Large bathroom with window. Beautiful bedroom. Very comfortable beds (even for 4 people). The living room and kitchen are also spacious. Super-equipped kitchen, nothing is really missing. A kit with breakfast and water is also provided. There is also coffee, salt, and oil. You can also enjoy a nice porch and outdoor area. Strategic location in a quiet place with the possibility of reaching all the attractions of the area in a short time. Parking inside the property's garden. There are also modern and well-maintained bicycles. Very friendly and always responsive host. He was able to satisfy all our needs, always with a smile. He also gave us great tips on places to eat or visit. In short, without exaggerating, I can say that it is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s apartment. Cristina is such a kind and responsive host! Our family group of 6 people (including 2 cousins) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment is so large! Everyone had their own space and it was very comfortable. This would be a very flexible and accommodating space for almost any kind of traveling group. The apartment has everything you need, and it also has a lot of interesting artwork throughout, which we enjoyed. The location is perfect - easy to walk to so many places, live music each evening on the street below.

Giuseppe’s apartment was very comfortable, well equipped, and quiet. Giuseppe was an excellent host, very helpful, and proactive. Would highly recommend this apartment, and will be staying here the next time I am in Florence.

Fabulous little apartment just outside of the city centre. Lots of space and amenities. Very clean and the washing machine/laundry line were very useful. Balcony’s were a lovely touch! Tramline to Florence city just a 5 minute walk and the train station another 5 minute walk. Right by the river also. Shops nearby and some lovely cafes. Federico was a lovely host and very responsive for when we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

We have just returned from a great holiday in Tuscany. Our first visit to the area. Eleanors place was as described, was clean and comfortable and has been the perfect base for what we had planned, visiting Florence, Sienna and other villages in the area. We hired a car from the airport and the directions to the property were good. We had good communication with Eleanor from booking to arrival and during our stay. The property is sitiated within a family owned olive grove with lovely views from the estate over Florence and the surrounding area. We would recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you

We spent a week at Ilaria's in Florence. Apartment is very nice, spacious, clean and equipped with everything you need. The highlight is the large all-round terrace for a relaxing evening. The apartment is on the 5th (last) floor, but there is an elevator. In the house next door there is a good pizzeria, around the corner a pastry shop and an ice cream parlor with delicious cakes and ice cream. Bus line 6 (stop 3 minutes' walk) takes you directly to the Centro Storico. Old Florence is simply overwhelming - fantastic architecture: churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces from all historical eras, by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books and catalogs. The only disadvantage - masses of tourists - but it's Florence - you just have to accept it. Ilaria as a host is very nice, friendly and helpful, always good and quickly accessible. Overall - highly recommended. Ilaria - Thank you for everything !!!

A super cozy, clean, nice apartment. The location is excellent. Supermarket 5 minutes by foot. Just as close to bus and tram stops. Public transport works perfectly. In 12 minutes you are in the city center, and the person who makes all this even more perfect is Simone. Never experienced such a nice, helpful and communicative host. Thought of everything, super organized and above all an absolutely lovely person. Thank you Simone! Really recommended! Great! Great! Great!

Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!

Our stay at the Antico Podere Sant'Anna was very pleasant. We were looking for a quiet place where we could stay with our child but that would allow us to reach the center of Pistoia in a short time, and so it was. Sara was super helpful and met our needs. For those who love tranquility, being surrounded by greenery but still enjoying the proximity of the center, it is the perfect place!
