We stayed at Daniel’s apartment for a long weekend away and had a really lovey time. The apartment was just like the photos, was clean and had everything we needed. Daniel provided crumpets on arrival, butter jam and milk which was very much appreciated! The place is in the perfect location, in walking to distance to the harbour and local pubs and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. Also you looking for a peaceful hoilday shingle bay 11 is the place for you.

Vanessa's place more than provided the tranquil, centrally-location we sought - it did it with a phenomenal view of the Channel coupled with the soothing rhythms of the waves, perfect for falling asleep. The bus stop for Folkstone was close by, and the one for Hythe across the street next to the beautiful Esplanade linking these communities. Vanessa's local suggestions were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Thank you!

Fantastic flat in an amazing location right on Viking Beach. Host was easy to communicate with and flexible (I got an earlier check-in than the listed 4pm). And they leave a fantastic welcome basket that included stuff like locally produced lemonade and crisps, coffee/milk and essentials like loo roll. The flat is very clean (though the carpet could perhaps have a deep wash in a couple of spots) and quiet at night. You’ll just be listening to the waves as they roll in 😃. Bed is super comfy and the bedroom and lounge are very homely. Bathroom was top notch with a walk in rainfall shower. I was woken one morning by the pub down the bay loading/ unloading beer barrels 🤣. But I simply woke up and sat on the balcony. Flat felt very secure as there is a door to the building, a front door to the flat then a further internal door you can lock. Fantastic location for town, Margate, Ramsgate and beautiful coastal walks. I stayed in this flat in 2017 and 2025 and will book again.

Excellent value stay and perfect location for a trip to Ramsgate. Very communicative hosts made everything as seamless as possible. Great stay.

We enjoyed a lovely couple of nights at this flat - it was really spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The Tassimo disks for our morning coffee was a lovely touch. It was great to be able to join the Viking Trail literally outside the door, and we enjoyed a beautiful walk along the coast. Mark was a great host, providing some wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat - there are some great restaurants in Margate! Definitely recommended for a short break.

Eleanor was so helpful and very responsive during our stay! Her flat is amazing, very spacious we were pleansantly surprised. The views are great and it’s very convenient :) highly recommend!

From the moment we stepped inside River House Rye we knew that we had chosen he right place ! A real home from home, but with a unique design that we simply wouldn't dare to do ... such a great place to stay and so easy to explore Rye without moving the car off the very spacious drive ! Globe pub very close by, provided ideal location to eat & refresh as did other places that Helen recommended. Even a little drizzle couldn't spoil our visit .... simply fantastic! We will definitely return 🫶

The peaceful location was absolutely beautiful surrounded by greenery and wildlife. Accommodation was quirky and cosy. The outside space which included a pool and spa was a great bonus which got used every day. Jane was an amazing host and we would highly recommend this property.

What a wonderful, inviting, homely yet funky home. We celebrated a birthday with a group of friends and it was perfect. Every room was beautifully laid out, the cinema room was brilliant, the kitchen was equipped and the bar was brilliant. Monique and Sally were fantastic, giving us a brilliant recommendation of the coastguard arms which we walked to along gorgeous coastline. Deal town was buzzy with a market on, on the Saturday which we walked through. It was everything I hoped for and more when I booked!

Excellent stay for a family getaway with the dogs! Saw an amazing sunset out the back window and an amazing sun rise out the front window! Spacious! Garden is secure although could do with some deweeding but overall excellent place to stay in an ideallic location. Would recommend!!

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! This is such a lovely apartment, in the best location in Broadstairs. We walked everywhere and the hosts sent us some helpful instructions about restaurants and other sights we might like to see. Highly recommend!

Sue was an absolutely wonderful host. She communicated with me prior to the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive and even came to help when we needed her. Her apartment was perfect for what we were looking for, she was very thoughtful and we felt right at home. If ever we’re back in Deal, we will definitely stay at her apartment again!

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

Nikki’s place is immaculately furnished and prepared for guests. We travelled with two kids and one newborn. In Nikki’s place there was enough space for everyone to play but also enough noise isolation for the little one to sleep. Food from Jojo’s is delicious and having it delivered to our house was a true cherry on top of an incredible service! We’d love to come back one day.

The flat is situated almost right on the beach. So quiet and peaceful. Easily walkable to all the sights, restaurants, and pubs. The flat was spacious and very cosy in the evening with comfortable furniture. Would happily stay again.

We are just on our way home from a lovely stay in Herne Bay with our two children. The apartment was immaculate and roomy, enough space for us all to stay comfortably and we very much felt at home. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side but the apartment is right opposite the beach and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely like to return in the future! A lovely seafront apartment, clean, tidy and well appointed. After a snag with the code with check in it was a lovely stay and I’d recommend Kirstys place, particularly if you like to wake up to the sound of the sea.

phoebe was a fantastic host with great communication. the apartment is in a brilliant location very close to everything. on the days we wasn't out exploring until dark, we watched the sunset from the window. the views from the apartment are worth booking it alone!
