Situated in a gorgeous country garden in an AONB there are fantastic walks as well as two good pubs in close proximity. It is near to Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings, the South Downs and Sussex Coast and 25 minutes from Glyndebourne. N.B. tThe terrain is uneven & steps are steep without a handrail, the deck also has no railings.
