Eldama etched into the cliffs overlooking the sea

WouterRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I had a wonderful stay at this lovely holiday home in St. Margaret’s at Cliffe. The place was spotless upon arrival and immediately felt warm and welcoming. The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to such a breathtaking panorama each morning was a real treat. The kitchen was very well-equipped with everything I needed to cook comfortably, and the cozy living room was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. Overall, a fantastic stay — I would definitely love to come back!

Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

HeatherRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Wonderful historic house in the middle of the charming town of Rye. In prime position and beautifully converted for modern use with two great bathrooms and a great kitchen. The Lodge-Modern House & garden 10 mins to beach

LeylaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

Luxury Hambrook House with Spa & Lake Activities

FionaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The house was great. Allister was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries. The attention to detail in the house is wonderful, really well done, quirky with thoughtful detail. Coffee machines are provided in every room with tea and coffee pods provided. There were 10 of us staying and the house suited us very well. We knew to expect that the dining area was small and could only accommodate 8 comfortably but we made it work. The heated gazebo outside seated all of us comfortably. It’s a shame the pub next door is currently closed as we were expecting to make use of that. We walked into both Canterbury and Whitstable, both were lovely walks and would recommend. Lastly, the purpose built spa on site was lovely. A great space for chilling out and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Really nice corner settee in the lounge with flat screen TV and a small dining table with chairs. Comfortable double bed with en-suite. Nice enclosed outside area off the kitchen. Gaynor is a fantastic host and we will be staying again.

We used Emily’s cottage to accommodate some guests for a family party. They really enjoyed their stay and loved the way that the cottage had been decorated and furnished.

Hazel Tree Cottage. A secluded country retreat.

CharlieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Outstanding stay at Claudia’s cottage. It’s a beautifully appointed space, cosy but high-spec, filled with lovely touches like amazing homemade granola, bread and yoghurt. The best part was reading the papers in the garden in the evening sun. Very special weekend and would strongly recommend.

Charming historic cottage in the North Kent Downs

MaraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I can't say enough good things about my time at Lulu's cottage. It was so intentionally and thoughtfully decorated and cared for. A truly unique and calm getaway just a short drive from London. The Kent Downs are gorgeous to explore and there is tons to do in the area (or just a short drive away). Really...we just wanted to spend time inside, cooking and relaxing. From the french doors out to the backyard, to the copper tub, to the most ultimate kitchen of my dreams, thank you for the environment you've created for your guests. It gave us an experience we won't soon forget! Lulu was very attentive and available for whatever we needed. She also gave me the knitting pattern for the bathmats in the cottage ;) Thanks Lulu! We hope to be back soon.

Cottage with a view.

PatRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Jo’s cottage is perfect in every way, so well laid out and excellent amenities. I cannot fault it. Jo has thought of everything and is a very generous host, providing treats and amongst other things, eggs juice bread and butter. Upon entering through a side gate it’s like stepping into a fairy land, a private and beautiful garden and a cottage to relax and unwind in. So well positioned to visit numerous attractions and beaches. The swing seat is a wonderful addition, on a summers day and well into the evening during and after spectacular sunsets it’s a great place to unwind and take in a a gorgeous view. ‘Badger Cam’ is a must! We saw them all the nights we were there along with a fox and this is a great way to watch them uninterrupted. I would highly recommend Jo as a host and her beautiful cottage you won’t be disappointed. We hope to return soon . Thank you Jo

Old Fire Station in central Benenden village, Kent

ClaudiaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The peace and quiet was just what we needed. We made the most of every day visiting Bodiam, battle, sissinghurst and port lymphe all within 30-60 minutes. Coming back to a super comfy bed and a lush rain shower after all that exploring was a dream. It was a shame we couldn’t really go into the garden as it looked right into someone else’s garden but when we popped our heads out of the back door, the view of the church was just stunning.

Had an amazing stay at the Bedford Inn! Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, the staff were all super helpful and friendly and the location was perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Would also definitely recommend the Sunday roast, one of the best we’ve had!

Excellent location, very quiet at night and just steps from train station and main walking street. Brand new bathroom and apartment. Comfortable bed. Stairs are steep and tricky, but that’s only for luggage on arrival and departure. Didn’t cause a problem otherwise. Would stay again.

Belvidere Place Room 5

DavidRating, 5 stars45 months ago
Wow. What a great experience. First of all, Peter is a great host. He greeted us personally and made sure we felt very at home with a welcome glass of wine in the lounge area. The room was fantastic, facing east so we had some amazing morning sunshine in the room. Everything is modern and top quality and the whole experience was utterly relaxing. On top of that, the breakfasts each morning were out of this world and we were able to enjoy them in the courtyard which added to the experience. We'll be going back for sure.

Large room with partial sea view luxury bed

CathyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Nigel’s place was fantastic. My room above his Georgian pub was very elegant, with a super comfortable bed, luxury bed linen and a view of the sea with its constantly changing light. My dog was made very welcome and loved the flower-filled path behind the pub. I very quickly felt part of the little community who live in Addington Street and are regulars at the Queen Charlotte. Nigel makes an Airbnb as it used to be when it was a way to meet local people, as he is so friendly and warm. I got to know the guest in the other room too and that added to the fun of the trip.
