Villa vacation rentals in Kent

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

My family had a very nice stay in this home. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. I found backing in was easier than trying to back out blind onto the road. The only thing I would improve on is to be able to use the washer and dryer at the same time but perhaps that is more of a Canadian's need. We were able to walk to the nearby West Gate as well as a very large playground in a very short time. We recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Canterbury.

We had a lovely stay here and will definitely be back again! The place is amazing and so spacious! The bar and hot tub were our favourite hangouts! Recommend 100%

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this peaceful bungalow. Everything we needed was provided at a very high standard. This was our send visit and we will be back.

We had an amazing experience at Pauline house. The house is huge and could accomodate our extended family of 13 people for the weekend. The house has all the amenities required for your stay as this is the house they live in. The garden is wonderful and provided lots of spaces for my children to play cricket and football. It is very well located as the high street is just a few minutes walk away. Pauline was very responsive with my queries before our visit and her son was in the summer house during our stay and was able to address all the questions we had. We had a memorable experience celebrating our 40th birthday with our family and I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a wonderful house to stay in Sevenoaks.

We had a lovely stay. The property was ideal for my elderly mother having no steps and plenty of space to move around. It was clean and well appointed just like the description.

Lovely place, within walking distance to the amenities, very clean, loved the games in the cupboard. Very well equipped and the bunny population was an added bonus! We highly recommend

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

A fantastic house in beautiful surroundings. Just perfect for celebrating my 70th birthday with the children and grandchildren. Loads of space for the children to play, although the steep slopes and number of ponds mean careful supervision is required for young children. One of the highlights for the grandchildren was seeing Thomas the Tank engine passing by on the nearby Spa Valley railway.

A beautiful English house at the countryside from Sussex. The “backyard” is Ashdownforest, a beautiful green wide and open Forest. Annemette was a very friendly and helpfull host, we felt very at Home!

We had a wonderfully restful stay as a family of four in The Lookout. Upon arrival I was struck by the immaculate condition of the accommodation and the lovely luxurious touches such as White Company towels, beautiful bedlinen, Molton Brown toiletries, and thoughtful touches such as a little sachet of bath salts provided beside the bath along with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, all in beautiful bottles which really added to the luxurious feel and lovely decor. Besides swing-ball and ping pong outside, inside there was an array of board games in excellent condition which we could’ve used had we forgotten our own. We really enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub. We had been a little concerned that it might be something we wouldn’t bother with more than once but we actually used it 3 out of the 4 evenings both in daylight and at night and being able to sit and look over the cornfield in perfect privacy was very relaxing indeed. Great thought has gone into the accommodation - we loved it!

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.
