This beach flat is just in the perfect location for exploring the beach, Rick steins and pig on the beach in studland (5 mins ferry ride). The number 50 bus takes you to all of these . Michelle was very friendly and met us on arrival and showed us around the flat . We would return x

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying there if looking for a place to stay in Deal as the views were superb and central to everything. Roger the host was very helpful with regards to parking. Can’t fault anything.

Beautiful accommodation, everything was pristine, very comfortable beds and pillows,breathtaking views take binoculars if you have them. Walkable to the marina, pubs and cafes also well positioned for exploring the area. Iona is a great host very quick to respond to any queries, we will definitely be back.

Easy to find with easy parking. Stunning view from the apartment with the sound of the sea. Fantastic amenities, everything you need for your stay. A comfortable stay and very clean. Great communication and recommendations that really help when you just arrive. I would certainly stay again we had a wonderful time. Thank you ☺️

Gorgeous huge funky modern stylised Appartment with super comfy quiet bedroom. Equipped with everything and more you could want or need. Quality towels and powerful shower with luxury of deep bath to relax after walking the seafront to Hastings which is only a short Amble away. Cafes and eateries galore on your doorstep- particularly liked botanica for breakfast and the farmyard near the station. Easy to get around via buses to rye, battle and day trip via train to Brighton. Zee leaves comprehensive lists of well researched places to eat to suit all budgets. Shopping fantastic and great quirky vintage shops everywhere. I’ve photo shot so many beautiful recipes from a well stocked bookcase of great cookery books, book this place it’s fantastic , thank you Zed 6 stars x

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lovely and peaceful, beautiful decor and a great base for exploring the local area. The sea view and sunsets were wonderful - we'd highly recommend!

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Very nice little spot. 2 min walk to Southwick train station with frequent trains into Brighton. Hosts gave a lovely warm welcome with lots of useful information. Recommend and would stay again.

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Clean and comfortable. Completely renovated kitchen. We had a lovely sunset walk on the beach. We used taxis and recommend having a car. Spectacular location right on the beach. The caravan park was very well kept and check-in was a breeze. We would stay again and highly recommend Julie's wonderful sea cabin.

We absolutely loved Deborah's place felt right at home when we walked in. There is everything you need from day one. The local area is lovely for walks and the beach is across the road. Even when it was wet and windy it was a pleasure to sit upstairs and watch the sea. You are easy reach into Snowdonia by car?, Zip world( definitely have a go) and even easier for a trip to Caernarfon. Deborah's recommendations for eating out are spot on especially the BRAF cafe next door, lovely home made breakfast with plenty of choice and amount. Looking forward to coming back. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated. It’s situated in lovely grounds of the main property. We used the house as a base to go into Bath for some activities

We have had a lovely stay at the boathouse which was just amazing! The boat house its self is beautiful, clean and comfortable with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! It is very well equipt, plenty of towels, blankets and even robes. We loved the hot tub with views over the lake. The location of the boathouse was just perfect for us and the views were stunning! We took our own paddle boards and was so happy to be able to launch straight from the jetty to explore the lake. My daughter also loved feeding the ducks from the jetty. We have had a busy few days on local bike trails, hikes, paddle boarding, boating and having some lovely meals out in beautiful Bowness, but always looked forward to returning to the boathouse! We will definitely be returning! Thank you

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Great communications from the host with some suggestions for walks/ days out and also responsive to queries. The accommodation itself is lovely and as per the photos. The real gem is the lovely waterfront view, especially enjoyed in the late afternoon sunshine. We liked Calstock and enjoyed the walk around the wetlands and to Cotehele and back and the mobile Pizza on Wednesday evenings is to be recommended. The Calstock ferry had just restarted and this would also be a nice way to head up to Cotehele and back once the schedule is fully established. Provisions need to be brought in from outside the village though, we found the Asda Express near Gunnislake pretty good for that.

everything in the listing is accurate and this accommodation is ideally situated to explore Southend and walking or public transport is very straightforward so no need for the car most of the time . various restaurants available in walking distance but if you choose to eating there is most everything you need to cater for yourself. thoroughly recommend this place and will certainly be returning in the future.

we had a fabulous few days in this attractive and stylish apartment. The location was excellent as were the unparalleled views across the river Dart to the Britannia Naval College. There was plenty to do in the local area with easy access to Dartmouth and numerous restaurants, parks and shops. Matt is a very helpful and supportive host and we would highly recommend the Loft as a wonderful seaside escape

Tom’s place is situated in a beautiful place, and is very close to all the main sightseeing location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Tom is very friendly and quick to respond all messages. He even offered us an early check-in which was very nice. As other guests mentioned the bedroom was small, however we knew this when we booked it. It didn’t bother us. The welcome basket and milk were lovely touches. We will highly recommend this place for stay if you are visiting Canterbury.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay from both the bedroom and down on the decking / hot tub. The apartment was spotless and could tell no expense was spared when creating this space. It had everything you could need in the kitchen, as well as lots of little extras which make all the difference. We were lucky to have beautiful weather so felt like we were on holiday for the 2 days we were there when on the loungers on the private decking. Wouldn’t change anything and would definitely stay at Bay View again! Thank you Lisa for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our family stay at Glyn’s place very much. Glyn is a friendly gentleman who provided us clear instructions and a lovely place. I’ve been in the Lake District probably a dozen times and this has been my favourite place yet - I’d love to stay again. The beds were comfy. Kitchen really well equipped even for longer stays. The balcony overlooking the river is a proper bonus and a truly delightful place for your morning coffee. I’d rate Glyn 20/10 if I could!

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)
