Large apartment in a stylish villa with spacious sun terrace on the "Hungerburg" the top of Innsbruck, situated in the ski and nature area Nordkette with a lot of possibilites to mountain bike and hiking . It is only a 3 min. walk to cable car which brings you to the ski area Nordkette and to the citycenter and 3 min wlak to the bus station (only 10 minutes by bus or cable car ). A perfect combination for relaxing, the city, sport and nature and also perfect to discover the beauty of Tirol.

The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

The apartment offers 35sqm in a sunny location with sun terrace, which can be used to relax. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the Axamer Lizum ski area and a 20-minute drive to Innsbruck. Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
