Just a few meters away is the new Duxer X-Press, which allows easy access to the Zillerta Arena in winter. In summer for hiking or mountain bike tours in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearest place to shop can be reached by car in a short time (in winter there is a Spar supermarket at the lift station).

From the hall, you reach the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Under the house is a spacious ski cellar with ski boot dryers and the sauna, and in summer the bicycles can be stored here. There are plenty of parking spaces around the house.

Right next to the house is an outdoor pool, a mini golf course, a beach volleyball court and two tennis courts.

It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
