Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

A cozy place with atmosphere and great accessibility! The Powerspace is the ideal home base to comfortably start all alpine outdoor activities or explore the old town. The climbing gym and the Tivoli Olympic Center are nearby. You can be anywhere in a short time and distance: in 15 minutes' walk in the center or by bus around the corner in the mountains all around. Parking is easy: Your car will find a safe place on the street right in front of the house!

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
