Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2 room basement apartment (kitchen-living room with pull-out daybed, bedroom with waterbed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location in the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" convinces also with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. Those who feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, is just right here.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Just a 3-minute walk to the Nordkette cable car into the city center or to the Nordkette ski and snowboard area and the Nordkette Singletrail (one of the most challenging trails in Europe). Also just a 3-minute walk to the bus to the city center and the Patscherkofel ski area. It's an ideal starting point for hiking, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and exploring the city.

Enjoy your stay at the most beautiful 90m2 apartment in the heart of Innsbrucks Old Town. Explore Innsbruck from it's historic center, everything is close by, the Golden Roof, shopping at Maria Theresien-Strasse, the Imperial Palace... Have the best cake at the traditional Café Munding that is just across the street. In Winter the beautiful Kiebachgasse turns into a Fairytale Museum where you can meet all your favourite Grimm characters.
