In winter (Oct. to May), our guests have exclusive FREE access to the swimming pool & fitness center, in summer our guests receive a 50% discount. The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from about 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

With Studio One, we realized the apartment for solo travelers in July 2020. The apartment is equipped with a bed (no extra beds!) Kitchenette, 2-person induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, bathroom, table and desk. In the house Kinspergher are 3 apartments with a maximum of 10 guests. In the garden there is a swimming pool with 7x3 m and a sauna in the house.
